About DA Clinic Anson

About DA Clinic Anson

DA Clinic Anson is a general practice clinic located at International Plaza, 10 Anson Rd, serving patients across Singapore. KakiList has verified the clinic's operating details and contact channels. It holds a 3.8/5 rating across 78 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile, and the clinic is not confirmed as ACRA-registered; prospective patients should verify the MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before booking.

Patients can reach DA Clinic Anson via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form. For straightforward GP consultations, no referral is needed — walk in or call ahead to check queue times. If you are managing a chronic condition covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia, confirm at registration whether the clinic is a CDMP-accredited provider so that your MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limit can be applied. For investigations ordered at the visit — blood panels, urine tests, or ECG — ask for a written breakdown of fees before proceeding, as these are billed separately from the consultation. Integrated Shield Plan holders should note that GP consultations are typically not claimable under IP; MediShield Life covers inpatient and day-surgery episodes, not outpatient GP visits.

To make an appointment or check same-day availability, contact DA Clinic Anson directly via WhatsApp or phone before visiting, particularly during peak hours at a CBD-area clinic.

Did the DA Fem Select Health Screening (S$138) at this clinic. Nurses were friendly and the doctor was good at drawing blood. However, I waited two weeks and results were still not in. When I messaged them, they were apologetic that they'd neglected to get my report to me after I supposedly missed a call from them. Not the best experience as they probably would not have notified me if I didn't reach out on my own accord, but they were responsive thereafter and helpful in sending a soft copy within minutes.

Service was pretty good. I got an appointment in around 3-4 days for a health screening and the people at the reception were very helpful. I was done in around 45 minutes with all the things that were included in the screening package -- super efficient. Only thing is that for the review I had to go back and meet the doctor again -- but all the results were good. They can have an option of sending the report via email so that we can decide whether to go for a review/not depending on the results (or the doctor could recommend that it is unnecessary if everything looks good). That way everyone's time is saved. :)

Went there after a bad fall and did not regret my decision. The clinic assistant Nurul(?) was very attentive and ready to help. The doctor even came out of the room to help me into the treatment room because I was limping. Whole process was very smooth and all the staffs in the clinic were very knowledgeable and attentive. I was even amazed at the fact that both clinic assistants could speak fluent mandarin to their mandarin-speaking clients.

Went there to collect medicine after teleconsult (didn't opt for delivery because I was at work and needed a quick fix for my symptoms, hence can't wait for delivery). However, the clinic was closed despite me arriving before the lunch closure timing (i.e. before 1pm); happy to provide proof of this if followed-up. If the clinic usually closes early before lunch, please do update your operating hours. I think it's not right to have patients who are, to varying extents, in pain/suffering to make the trip down to the clinic for naught.

I don’t usually post a review, but I think others might be able to glean something from my experience. I was given expired medication and was charged double for an item. I’ve emailed them as per requested, and they never got back to me. The consultation was very rushed, and the doctor did not mention what she’d be prescribing. I ended up with more medications than the usual (for the same condition), and a bill close to double of my usual clinic. Also, when I went back to the clinic to ask about the charges, they were closed before the official closing time. After googling, I realise other people had the same issues as well. I regret trusting the high stars rating, and am suspicious of the positive reviews. Would never come back again!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does DA Clinic Anson charge?

GP consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with after-hours or Sunday surcharges common at some practices. Common add-ons billed separately include blood panels (S$60–200 depending on scope), urine tests, ECG, X-ray (S$80–150), and prescriptions. GST applies on private medical services. DA Clinic Anson does not publicly list its fee schedule, so ask for a fee breakdown at the point of registration — any reputable clinic will provide one on request. For any planned investigation or procedure, request a written estimate that separates the consultation, diagnostics, and medication before you agree to proceed. Is DA Clinic Anson MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration is currently listed on this profile, which means patients should verify both directly before booking. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must appear on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, specialist accreditation (if applicable), and any disciplinary history. The clinic holds a 3.8/5 rating across 78 Google reviews — a moderate sample that is worth reading in full. KakiList has verified the clinic's operating details and contact channels, but verification does not substitute for checking the MOH and SMC registers. Confirm both before your first visit. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at DA Clinic Anson?

GP outpatient consultations are generally not claimable under Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) or MediShield Life, which are designed for inpatient stays and day surgery. However, MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions — up to the S$500/year MediSave outpatient withdrawal limit (S$700/year for CDMP-listed conditions). Confirm at registration whether DA Clinic Anson is a CDMP-accredited provider and whether your condition is on the CDMP list. For any day-surgery or planned procedure referred onward from this clinic, request a financial counselling session at the specialist facility before proceeding. A written pre-treatment estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions should be provided in writing — this is standard practice at accredited private hospitals and day-surgery centres and helps avoid bill shock after the fact.
