The nurses here are extremely sweet and helpful! The doctors are also professional and give very helpful advice when it comes to managing my symptoms. Overall one of the best clinics in the area and they have really good insurance coverage!
Total waste of time. Came here thinking the doctor would be here but apparently the doctor only comes down on certain days. Most of the time it's by video conference consultation. If you have rashes they will reject you for a video consult. Think twice before coming down, if not call to see when the doctor would be present otherwise it becomes a wasted trip. Would have helped if the opening hours on the door stated clearer about the lack of a physical doctor.
Terrible service. I visited the clinic at 3 pm on a monday. I was told that they are not seeing patients until 6pm this was not displayed anywhere. Reason given : doc is doing tele medicine. I agree with the person who rated 1 star. Dont bother to try this clinic unless you want to increase your blood pressure. 9.1.2020: so what is the ourcome of your internal findings? Or is your reply just a sticker reply ?
Very poor system of booking and even sent me SMS reminders for a time slot that the clinic is not open. I was provided Sunday 640pm time slot booking that is a ‘fake’ booking. The door was shut and wasted my time & effort getting there. Was told to go back another day. Not sure if I should trust their system.
Very helpful staffs. Initially I had issues with my company's insurance but the counter staffs were very patient and helped me settle with the insurer. Caring polite & soft spoken Very clean and pleasant clinic. Doctor also is patient and explained everything clearly. Fast in and out

GP consultation fees at private and CHAS-subsidised GP clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit for self-pay patients. If DA Clinic Bishan participates in CHAS (Community Health Assist Scheme), Singapore Citizens holding orange or blue CHAS cards, or Pioneer and Merdeka Generation cardholders, may access subsidised rates for acute and chronic conditions — confirm participation directly with the clinic. On top of the consultation, common add-ons include medications dispensed on-site (S$5–40 depending on the prescription), a medical certificate, blood tests (S$30–80 for a basic panel), and referral letters. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or investigation, ask for a written cost estimate that splits MediSave, insurance, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Every legitimate GP clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No licence information has been provided in this listing, so patients should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry directly before booking. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
For GP visits, MediSave can be withdrawn under the outpatient S$500/year limit for selected conditions, or up to S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and COPD. Confirm with the clinic whether the presenting condition qualifies and whether the clinic is an accredited CDMP provider. Most private GP consultations are not covered by Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) unless accompanied by a hospital admission or day surgery — check your plan's outpatient rider terms before assuming reimbursement. For any follow-on specialist referral or planned investigation, request a written cost breakdown from the receiving specialist that itemises IP coverage, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
