The clinic has accumulated 376 Google reviews with a rating of 4.2 out of 5, which represents a robust sample and provides a reasonable indication of patient experience. A typical visit to a GP clinic follows a straightforward pathway. Patients may walk in or contact the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form to check waiting times or confirm operating hours. The GP will take a history, conduct a relevant examination, and where necessary order investigations such as a blood panel, urine test, or referral for imaging. For acute conditions, a prescription and medical certificate are issued at the point of service. Patients managing chronic conditions — such as hypertension, diabetes, or hyperlipidaemia — may be enrolled under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment at CDMP-enrolled clinics. For conditions requiring specialist input, the GP can issue a referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic, which attracts subsidised consultation fees of roughly S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens, or patients may self-refer to a private specialist at S$120–250 for the first consultation.
To make an appointment or check current waiting times, contact DA Clinic Taman Jurong directly via WhatsApp or phone before visiting.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.

I called the clinic at 6:55pm on Sunday and the automated system said the clinic is closed. I have just visited the doctor. Firstly the consultation is very expensive as compared to the other clinic I visited in Jurong. Secondly, the counter staff has entered my MC in the government system wrongly. The MC given by the doctor is for 15 & 16 Sep but the girl entered it as 14 & 15 Sep. Yet when I call the clinic, they told me clinic closed!
Fantastic experience, great staff assistance and best doctor! This is now a clinic yes, an examplary service.
If can, will give this clinic zero rating. Sent FDW for 6ME, after 2.5months MOM sent me a reminder that they haven't received the results from the clinic. Thankfully, I sent my FDW within the first week of MOM asking for the 6ME, they usually give you 3months to get it sorted. Epic part is clinic said the blood withdrawal was too little for the lab to process. Apparently the clinic tried to contact me on my mobile and there was no response, so they conveniently left it as-is. After the MOM email, I called DA centralised call centre, told them about the issue, she said will get the clinic to call me. I specifically mentioned do not call me between 10am - 11am as I have a meeting and the clinic called me at 10am sharp. I couldn't answer, then they called my FDW. Then I got an apology via WhatsApp from the clinic. Suddenly the clinic realized it's 2025 and there's WhatsApp, Email, multiple phone numbers which they can attempt to reach out at, if they weren't being mere lazy. Last time I am ever sending my FDW for screening at DA, certainly do not know how to upkeep healthcare standards in Singapore

GP consultations at private and GP-panel clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with variations depending on the complexity of the presenting condition, investigations ordered, and medications dispensed. Common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200 depending on the number of markers), urine tests, wound dressings, and injections. GST applies on private medical services. For planned investigations or health screening, packages range from S$150 for a basic screen (full blood count, lipid profile, glucose) to S$2,500+ for comprehensive executive screens including cardiac stress tests and cancer markers. Any planned procedure should be quoted with a written breakdown of investigation, medication, and consultation costs. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are listed in the available data for DA Clinic Taman Jurong. Every legitimate clinic is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg; searching by name will confirm registration status, specialist accreditation if applicable, and any disciplinary history. Patients are strongly encouraged to confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration before booking. Neither alone is sufficient — the clinic premises and the individual doctor each require separate verification. If you cannot locate the clinic on the MOH directory, contact MOH directly to clarify before attending.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be withdrawn under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — up to S$700 per year — if the clinic is enrolled under CDMP and the condition is on the approved list, which includes hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. Standard acute GP consultations are generally not MediSave-claimable on an outpatient basis outside CDMP. Confirm with the clinic whether it is CDMP-enrolled before assuming MediSave can be used. Integrated Shield Plans layered on MediShield Life typically cover inpatient admissions and day surgery rather than routine GP visits; check your IP policy for outpatient rider coverage. If the GP refers you to a specialist for a planned procedure, request a financial counselling session at the specialist clinic and obtain a written estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. For cancer treatment or kidney dialysis, separate MediSave limits of S$200–600 per month apply for outpatient sessions at approved institutions.
