Updated 8th December 2025: They have contacted me to resolve the pricing issue. Have to admit that their management team is quite effective in solving issue & feedbacks raised by customer. I am currently waiting for my treatment plan, and will update again throughout my treatment journey. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed again. Currently upgrade to a 3 star review first. 7th December 2025: Feeling being cheated. I was told by your sales that my treatment cost will be within $2.8k before the cash rebates (the promotion I signed up have cash rebates). I have double confirmed with him many times. I know that this price is before gst. He is emphasising that my treatment cost will be within $2.8k before the cash rebates and if I don’t need any dental procedures it will be lower to $2350? Then today, I went to the clinic to do my 1st assessment. After the x-ray and all the procedure done by dentist. I was told that my treatment plan will be out after 2-3weeks. But now they are having a promotion and ask me to make full payment on the spot so that I can get additional $200 rebate. Okay, sure, I don’t mind to make payment as I am really wanted to do the treatment. But then I was told that I need to pay $3350 instead of $2800 as promised? After their communication through WhatsApp, they decided to denied what he said despite there is WhatsApp proof and trying to play around with words that it is a ‘if’ so not promised?? If your customer service can’t even be responsible with his own wording, then how consumer can trust your brand and treatment? I have wasted $150 before GST and 2 hours+ time here!
