About Denticare
Denticare is a dental practice located at Blk 261 Serangoon Central Drive, serving patients islandwide. The listing is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.7-star rating across 65 Google reviews, a moderate sample that gives a reasonable indication of patient experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$); specific fee information was not provided and should be confirmed directly with the practice.
For a first appointment, patients typically contact the practice via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe the presenting concern — whether a routine check-up and cleaning, a specific tooth complaint, or a cosmetic or restorative query. The practice will advise on the appropriate appointment type and duration. At the first visit, the dentist will conduct an examination, discuss findings, and outline a treatment plan before proceeding — no procedure should begin without your informed agreement. It is worth asking in advance whether the clinic accepts your dental insurer's direct billing arrangement or whether you will need to claim reimbursement after payment.
To get started, reach out to Denticare via WhatsApp or phone to describe your dental concern and book an initial consultation.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I went through dental treatment at Denticare by Dr Tricia Lim in Feb2026. She skillfully carried out the treatment without causing any pain. Usually dentists are associated with pain as far as I experienced but she is not included . I am lucky I must say. We like her professionalism and her detail explanation with sketches about what she is going to do to your teeth.
Excellent service by the team. In particular, Dr Zhang was very patient with his explanations and considerate in his recommendations. The polishing and scaling were very quick and relatively painless, would visit again !
Dr Zhang is very knowledgeable and caring doctor. He is able to explain the underlying problem of my teeth as well as the follow-up recommendation. The nurse and staff are also very friendly. Highly recommended to visit the clinic.

Denticare positions itself in the mid-range ($$), but specific fees were not published at the time of listing. As a general guide, dental consultations in Singapore typically run S$30–80 at polyclinics and S$60–150 at private clinics. Common procedures carry additional costs: scaling and polishing S$80–200, tooth extraction S$80–300, composite fillings S$150–350, and root canal treatment S$800–1,500 or more depending on the tooth. Confirm the full fee schedule — including GST and any consumables surcharge — before treatment begins. Ask whether your insurer accepts direct billing at this clinic, as some corporate dental plans require pre-authorisation. See the full dental cost guide for Singapore →
No referral is required to book a general dental appointment at Denticare. Most patients attend for a routine examination and cleaning, and the dentist will identify any further treatment needs at that visit. If you are presenting with a specific concern — pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or a cosmetic query — describe it when booking so the clinic can allocate sufficient time. A GP referral is generally not required for dental care, though some integrated shield or corporate dental plans ask for a specialist referral before covering more complex procedures such as oral surgery or implants. Check your policy terms before attending if insurance coverage is a consideration. Certain medical conditions (anticoagulant use, bisphosphonate therapy, uncontrolled diabetes) should be disclosed at registration as they affect treatment planning.
All dentists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Singapore Dental Council (SDC), which sits under the Ministry of Health. You can verify any dentist's registration — including name, registration number, and any conditions on practice — on the SDC's public online register at moh.gov.sg. No regulatory licence information was provided in Denticare's listing at the time of publication. Before your first appointment, it is reasonable to ask for the consulting dentist's full name and SDC registration number so you can confirm registration independently. Specialist dentists (orthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, prosthodontists) hold an additional specialist registration — if you are seeking specialist care, confirm the relevant specialist credential before booking. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the SDC public register before treatment.
