About DesignTinkers
DesignTinkers is a holiday camp provider operating islandwide from its centre at 100 Pasir Panjang Road. The listing has been verified by KakiList and is registered with ACRA. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level; specific session or programme fees were not provided at the time of listing.
For families considering a holiday camp with DesignTinkers, the typical next step is to enquire about which programmes suit your child's age and interest, confirm whether the camp runs in school holiday blocks or on an ad-hoc basis, and ask about group versus workshop-style formats. It is worth checking whether a trial session is available, what materials or equipment are included in the fee, and whether any sibling or early-bird discounts apply. Clarify the commitment structure — some holiday camps require full-block enrolment while others allow single-day bookings — and confirm whether the location at Pasir Panjang is the sole venue or whether satellite sessions are run at other sites islandwide.
Contact DesignTinkers by phone or through the enquiry form on the listing to ask about upcoming holiday camp schedules, age groups catered for, and current fees before reserving a place.
Take the trial class and confirm the facilitators' actual credentials before committing to a term.
I was involved in helping out during the design thinking workshop held by Thinkroom, the workshop was really inspiring as I get to see youth learning design thinking and able to come up with tons of creative ideas. It was also fun guiding them and see how different personalities interact and communicate. They also became friends by the end of the workshop which was warming. One of the best feelings I got was when I received a “thank you” with a big smile on their faces when the workshop ended, I feel fulfilled being part of it. Of course, I am happy and hoped that they picked up some personal development skills that will be useful for them as they grow up. Thank you Thinkroom for doing good with design!

DesignTinkers is priced at a mid-range level, though specific per-session or per-camp-block fees were not published at the time of this listing. Holiday camp fees in Singapore typically vary depending on the duration of the programme, the materials provided, and the group size. Ask DesignTinkers directly about any materials levy, whether there is a registration or administrative fee, and whether sibling discounts or early-bird rates are available. Many holiday camp providers in Singapore offer a trial session or a single-day entry option so families can assess whether the programme is a good fit before committing to a full block. It is worth asking DesignTinkers whether this applies to their camps, as policies vary. When attending a trial or first session, observe whether the pace and content suit your child's level, whether the facilitator holds the group's attention, and whether the activities align with the learning or creative goals you have in mind. A trial also gives you a chance to assess group size and how individual attention is handled.
Specific facilitator credentials were not listed in the provider data available at the time of this listing. For a design or creative holiday camp, relevant backgrounds to look out for include formal training in design, architecture, engineering, or education, as well as experience running programmes for children in the relevant age range. It is advisable to ask DesignTinkers directly about the qualifications and experience of the staff who lead the camps, how many facilitators are present per group, and whether the curriculum is structured around any recognised framework or syllabus. If unknown, confirm these details before booking.
If DesignTinkers isn't the right fit, these are other holiday camps providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
