Extremely irresponsible agency. Did not inform that parent pulled out and I only found out ONE DAY before lesson was supposed to start. This was after a zoom interview and agency made me acknowledge all the details. Seems like they only care about profits and not their tutors at all. Once commission is off the table, they just ignore the tutors. Serious time waster, not reliable at all.
