About Divine Artisan Singapore

About Divine Artisan Singapore

Divine Artisan Singapore is a wedding services provider operating islandwide from its base at JTC Bedok Food City. It has been verified by KakiList and holds a 4.5-star rating across 98 Google reviews, which represents a moderate sample. Pricing sits at a mid-range tier and follows a package model typical for wedding vendors in Singapore.

Engaging a wedding vendor typically begins with confirming your event date and venue, then discussing scope — whether you require photography, videography, décor, florals, solemnisation styling, or a combination. For ROM solemnisations and full wedding banquets alike, it is worth clarifying dialect-group customs early (Hokkien, Teochew, and Cantonese gatecrash games and tea-ceremony requirements each have specific logistics). Confirm what each package covers: hours of service, number of deliverables, setup and teardown windows, and any travel surcharge for venues outside the central region. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November fill quickly, so early enquiry is advisable. Ask about wet-weather contingency if any portion of the event is outdoors, and confirm whether public liability insurance is held — some HDB void deck and condo function room setups require a copy of the certificate from vendors.

To take the next step, reach Divine Artisan Singapore by phone or via their contact form to confirm date availability, request a package breakdown in writing, and arrange a consultation before committing to a deposit.

"Divine Artisan" - the name says it all. From young I thought desserts were supposed to be very sweet. Now that I've aged, I have come to appreciate desserts that are well balanced & not too sweet. I bought a cake last minute and this is the cake that changed it all for me. Not only the birthday man loved it (he doesn't like cakes, but he had 2 servings for himself this time round), the kids and the elderlies enjoyed the cake as well. It was simply scrumptious, divine I would say. I ordered the cake a day before the celebration, late afternoon, and received it well the very next day, beautifully decorated. Really appreciate bakeries catering to last minute emergencies. Top notch service! If you're thinking twice about ordering a cake here, DON'T. GO FOR IT, NO REGRETS!

ordered their tiramisu cake for delivery for tuesday for my mum’s birthday and scheduled the delivery for between 1-8PM (placed my order on sat the week before) and called them to check the delivery status of it as i had a weird feeling smth wasnt right since i received 0 updates on it on the day that it was supposed to be delivered. Called them to ask about it and was told they did NOT receive my order even though i already received a confirmation email + PAID for it 🤡. they managed to deliver the cake in the end at around 630PM but i honestly felt like they rushed and made it after realising they missed out my order because the liquor taste wasnt that strong…v subtle only (which tells me that it wasnt soaked long enough)….. I paid a total of $83 for the cake including delivery but honestly taste was just vvvv mid and definitely not worth the $83 at all, though presentation wise it was nice.

I ordered cupcakes for my son's birthday and requested for a beach theme. Divine Artisan delivered on the theme, the delivery time, and the cake flavor. The details on the cupcake design is unmatched! Absolutely lovely. Will definitely order again! ☺️

Dear Divine Artisan, We are writing to express our sincere gratitude for the beautiful canapés and dessert table you had set up for our wedding on 4th November 2023 at JEN Singapore Tanglin by Shangri-La. Xiao Qi was our liaison throughout the planning process, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was patient, friendly, and always responsive to our questions and requests - for example, allowing me to switch out on the pre-set menu to meet my favourable needs, as well as preferring more savoury to sweet options. She went above and beyond to help us curate a table that was both visually stunning and delicious. Our guests loved the canapés and dessert table! The food was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. We received so many compliments on the table, and were so happy that we chose Divine Artisan to cater our dessert table. Thank you again for making our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend Divine Artisan to anyone looking for a talented, reliable and halal certified dessert table caterer. Sincerely, Saffwan & Valencia

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Divine Artisan Singapore charge?

Divine Artisan Singapore uses a package pricing model, which is standard for wedding vendors. Singapore market norms for wedding services vary considerably by scope: full-day photography typically runs S$2,500–6,000+, full-day videography S$3,000–8,000+, décor and floral installations S$500–3,000+, and full event planning (excluding venue and F&B) S$5,000–25,000+. The '$$' price display suggests mid-range positioning, but exact figures will depend on the specific services and package tier selected. When reviewing any quote, confirm what is itemised: hours of coverage or number of pieces, deliverables and their timeline, travel surcharge for non-central venues, deposit amount (typical 30–50% on signing), balance due date, and whether GST is included or additional. Request the full breakdown in writing before paying any deposit. See the full Wedding Services cost guide for Singapore →

How far ahead should I book Divine Artisan Singapore?

For wedding services, a lead time of 6–12 months is advisable for popular Saturdays, particularly during peak wedding season in March, April, October, and November. In-demand photographers, décor specialists, and wedding planners in Singapore often close their books for a given date well before couples begin finalising other vendors. For ROM solemnisations with a smaller guest count, the lead time can be shorter — 3–6 months is often workable — but popular dates still fill quickly. Contact Divine Artisan Singapore as early as possible once your venue and date are confirmed, as the deposit is typically what secures the slot. Ask whether a date hold is available without immediate payment if you are still comparing vendors. Confirm wet-weather or backup contingency if any portion of the event is outdoors, and clarify rescheduling terms in writing at the time of booking.

What does the deposit cover and what is the cancellation policy at Divine Artisan Singapore?

The Singapore wedding industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to hold the date, with the balance due approximately one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — date reservation, initial design or planning hours, mood-board preparation, or site recce — and what happens to it if you cancel. Deposits for wedding vendors are typically non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date, subject to availability. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy in the event of a force-majeure situation such as a public-health restriction or venue cancellation, as policies vary between providers. Also confirm whether Divine Artisan Singapore holds public liability insurance. Some venues — particularly HDB void decks, condo function rooms, and hotel ballrooms — require vendors to produce a copy of their public liability certificate before setting up. Clarify this early to avoid last-minute complications.
