The receptionist was friendly and helpful, but my experience with the doctor was extremely disappointing. He was very impolite, constantly interrupting me while I was explaining my symptoms and what had happened. He appeared impatient and unprofessional throughout the consultation. Despite the fact that I was unable to walk properly, he refused to issue an MC, claiming he was afraid of an investigation by the army. His attitude was very rude, and it felt as though I was being treated poorly because I was under insurance. Overall, I do not recommend visiting this clinic.

Dr. Jay - A True Lifesaver! I suffered from severe eczema on my feet for 2 agonizing months. The wound widened, filled with pus and blood, and resisted treatment from multiple creams. Forced to cover it just to wear shoes, I felt hopeless. Then, I met Dr. Jay. His concern and expertise were instantly reassuring. Despite the severity of my wound, he examined it with compassion and professionalism. I was asking him if it could be caused by diabetes , he did a test for me right on the spot, and said it’s not caused by that. Right after, he prescribed a tailored treatment plan, including an ointment and two medications. The results were nothing short of miraculous - my wound healed in just 3 days! Dr. Jay's exceptional care, empathy, and expertise transformed my experience. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking effective and compassionate medical care. Rating: 5/5 stars

Speechless as doctor refused to see but rather asked me to go to A PHPC DOCTOR. What’s worse is that they gave me the wrong address of an aesthetic surgery (I care) instead of the PHPC clinic. And had to walk further to the block in my state. Overall a bad experience and will never be back.

The “doctor” was quite rude, dismissive, and opinionated. Was claiming under company health insurance and he had absolutely no respect for my wife, making side comments like “you don’t get anything for free in Singapore unless you beg”. Not sure if he’s racist, greedy, or both. He doesn’t even know I pay extra to have my wife as a dependent on my company’s plan, and I also have another insurance policy on top. That said, this individual is completely unbecoming of a health care professional. Will never go there again.

Out of the blue, my boyfriend got severe cough, fever and felt terribly sick. As Dr. Jay was just around the corner, we went to his medical centre and we were more than happy that we contacted him. Via blood test, he quickly found out that my boyfriend had influenza type A, we got the right medicine and - which was equally important - we found a doctor who was very nice and obviously had a very good heart and a lot of experience.
