I cannot say enough good things about this place – Esther and her incredible team truly love every dog that walks through their doors like they’re their very own. It’s no wonder they have so many long-term regular customers who’ve stuck with them for years! My previous Spitz struggled with bad anxiety, and the team would always take extra time to stay by her side and help calm her nerves. I already knew they were exceptional, but they’ve somehow managed to exceed even my highest expectations with our fur babies, Melon and Puffy. We sent them in to celebrate their 1st birthday, and what they did was nothing short of magical! They threw a full birthday party with beautiful decorations, put together the most heartwarming video to capture every moment, and the amount of effort they put into the setup was incredible. I’m genuinely lost for words at how far they go to make every single fur kid feel welcome and special. Puffy pawrents tot we paid extra for this celebration and set up and was shocked that we did not because of the elaboration. Thank you, Esther and your wonderful team, for bringing so much time, love, and dedication to what you do. You’ve created something truly special here!

Best Doggie Day Care in east coast (and probably the whole of Singapore). My Aussie Shepherd Ernie has been going to Doggie Retreats for the last year or so and I am continually impressed by the levels of service provided. The management are quick to respond and very accommodating. This makes the service feel as though we are the most important customer every time. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and provide my dog a lot of enrichment. It is worth sending your dog for day care even one day because the next day they will be calm and mostly sleepy. They also must have great camera phones because I have an amazing gallery of Ernie's days out with the team. Couldn't recommended more highly.

I found out about Doggie Retreat through a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. My dog has been going there since he was a puppy and they were incredibly helpful with his early socialization. I could really see how much care and attention they gave him, especially in those first months. Now that he’s 2 years old, he still goes regularly and absolutely loves it. Whenever he’s waiting for the dog bus, he gets so excited. I’m truly grateful to have found this second family for him, a place where he can play with his doggy friends, go on little adventures and be so well looked after.
