About DomesticOne
DomesticOne is a nanny and babysitter service operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact information. On Google, DomesticOne holds a rating of 4.5 out of 5 across 349 reviews, a robust sample that lends reasonable weight to the score. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier, though no specific monthly or session rate has been published, so fees should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Families looking to engage a nanny or babysitter through DomesticOne should begin by contacting the team via phone or the online enquiry form to discuss the intended start month, the child's age, and the care hours required. It is worth asking about the nanny-to-child ratio, the daily routine and activities on offer, how the settling-in period is typically managed, and whether there is flexibility between full-day and part-day arrangements. Parents who are Singapore citizens should also enquire about eligibility for ECDA subsidies, which can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs depending on household income and the mother's working status.
As a practical next step, reach out to DomesticOne by phone or through the contact form on this listing to check availability for your required start date and to request a clear written breakdown of fees before making any commitment. This is my 3rd time engaging them for a last minute cleaning and definitely won’t be the last. The helpers are polite, efficient and gave their 100% while cleaning my house. They really made my life so much easier and tq for loving my doggo too haha. Kudos to the prompt and polite customer service too. All in all, really satisfied, the next time will be bef cny 🥹🙌🏼
Fantastic service from the DomesticONE team. Called one day before for a 3 hours moving out cleaning before tenant handover. Appointment booked immediately with a clear touch quotation ($330 including GST, all tools and equipment provided). 2 professional ladies came to clean the unit, and followed my specific request for ceiling fans & window blinds to be rid of dust. Super impressed by the thorough cleaning! They even spent 10 mins extra free of charge to finish up the remaining parts of the unit.
I have engaged DomesticOne since year 2022 when I shifted to my new house and were impressed with their helpers' performance. Especially my weekly helper - Ni Ni and she has been doing a great job - she is diligent and all my floor, cabinet, windows are squeaky clean. Thank you Ni Ni and DomesticOne :)
This was was my first time engaging a cleaning service company after our HIP renovation 3 toilets. This company was recommended by my neighbour, which he had also engaged for their services. 3 cleaners were assigned for our HDB executive masionette for 5 hours. Thorough cleaning was carried out throughout. There are 3 bedrooms not really required as other areas were more dusty and there was quite some leftover renovation debris particularly at the yard area. When the cleaners were almost done with the house, they asked to clean up the other 3 bedrooms as well. Our family was very pleased with their service as we can work around the entire house barefooted now after the clean up! Would recommend them for the worth of value and quality of cleaners' work and attitude. I would engage their services again if needed next time 🙂
Ms Aye was the lady whom assigned to clean up my place. I am impressed by her diligence and thoroughness. Really like her services. 👍👍

DomesticOne has not published a specific monthly rate, so fees should be requested directly from the provider. As a general guide, nanny and babysitter costs in Singapore vary depending on hours, whether care is full-day or part-day, and whether the arrangement is live-in or visit-based. When obtaining a quote, ask for a written breakdown that includes any registration fee, refundable deposit (typically equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any additional charges for overtime or public holidays. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so you should not be charged GST on the core service fee. Confirm this and any ancillary costs in writing before signing an agreement. Government subsidies for childcare in Singapore apply to ECDA-licensed centres and are available for Singapore citizen children. The Basic Subsidy provides up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. The Working Mother's Child Development Subsidy (WMS) provides additional support for mothers working at least 56 hours per month. The Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested, can bring the total combined subsidy up to S$710 per month for eligible families. PRs may receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. As DomesticOne operates as a nanny and babysitter service rather than a licensed childcare centre, standard ECDA centre-based subsidies may not apply. Parents should ask DomesticOne directly what government support, if any, is available for their specific arrangement, and verify current subsidy figures with ECDA as quantum is subject to change.
Demand for reliable nanny and babysitter placements in Singapore can be high, particularly for infant care arrangements and for starts in January, which is the peak intake period. It is advisable to enquire at least three to six months ahead of your intended start date to give sufficient lead time for matching, interview, and confirmation. To secure a placement, providers typically require a registration fee and may ask for a deposit once a nanny has been identified and agreed upon. Contact DomesticOne directly via phone or the enquiry form to check current availability for your required start month and to understand their specific booking and confirmation process.
