First time visiting the place and I was referred to this Clinic by a friend for my kid’s eyes check.. the doctor herself is quite nice lady but the receptionist attitude is totally CMI.. very rude and unprofessional.. after waiting for 1 hrs+ I went to the counter and ask when is our turn to see doctor as there is only 2 patients left (include my kid). My reply is I will check and let know.. but never gotten back to us when is our turn. Then she went for toilet break and came back.. I asked again and still get the same reply.. later another staff name Han Xin interfered my conversation (same reply as the staff) when I spoke with the female staff.. very unprofessional and disappointed services by the front desk.. If got zero star I’m sure rate it without hesitant.. Urging the management to re-look your customer services.

After several stressful, miserable consultations with another major eye specialist group in the market, a friend recommended that I see Dr. Paul Zhao for my eye infection. Dr. Paul was exceptionally patient—most importantly, he listened and took the time to explain everything clearly to me, which is exactly what patients need. I also appreciated that there was no push to purchase unnecessary medication or eye drops. The staff and nurses ( both at Mount E and Mount A) were wonderful and highly professional throughout my visit. Thank you Dr Paul for helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I would sincerely like to thank Dr Jay Siak for his care today. He was very gentle and thorough in his examination and even did a scan of my eyes to look at the inner layers in detail. He professionally explained my uncommon eye condition to me with a presentation that he had prepared. He reassured me when he saw that I looked worried but also took time to patiently tell me what to look out for in case of deterioration. He also came out of the room after the consultation to further allay my concerns. Such a nice doctor is hard to come by! Kudos also to Wendolyn the optometrist for conducting the detailed eye check with such flare and precision. Overall a great experience, very efficiently conducted and thorough!
