My daughter (18yo) suffers from chronic sinusitis and no amount of antibiotics helped. Dr Chao Siew Shuen performed Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery (FESS), Septoplasty and Turbinoplasty for her. It’s been 4 months post surgery and her condition has greatly improved. Dr Chao is a highly meticulous and experienced ENT doctor, affable and patient. The staff at the clinic are professional and efficient, making the entire pre and post surgery a seamless affair. I am ever grateful for Dr Chao’s medical help in improving the quality of life for my daughter.

Dr Chao is one of the best ENT out there. Saw a couple before Dr Chao for chronic sinusitis, had surgery, was put on months and months of antibiotics, infection persisted. In the end, I had to make the difficult decision to walk away before the long courses of antibiotics kill me instead of my infected sinuses! Then I was recommended to see Dr Chao. In under 4 weeks of excellent care, my sinuses were restored to health without surgery. I recommend all my family and friends to Dr Chao for any ENT issues, and I would never let anyone touch my sinuses, except Dr Chao Siew Shuen. Tks Dr Chao!

Dr Chao is very skilled ENT specialist. I ve went for an ENT previously prior to consulting this hospital which the other ENT specialist simply state I had hearing disorder on my right ear and cause the ear ringing then that's it. Thanks to Dr Chao, she not only listen, find out more about my medical history but gave good advice and referred me for a detailed MRI scan, that's how I was diagnosed with a rare ear bone thining syndrome. It was at this moment, I felt that the doctor really have a heart for the patients. All the staffs were also very friendly and helpful in particular with assisting me with my insurance claims. Thanks to them, I ve a peace of mind knowing that I am in great hands.

Dr Chao is full of BS. I went to see her with problem on my right ear. She never treated my right ear problem but created more issue on my left ear. Now both of my ears have issues. I get better treatment by GP than specialist like her. Full of BS
