I been coming here for a very long time. I liked doctor Chua and doctor Low. All the medication given suit me. What I don't like is the front staff. Some are very rude. Especially a lady by the name of Ivy. Not sure if I get her name right. No patience at all while attending to a senior lady. She even dare to raise her voice which is really not professional at all. I hoped your company can advise her. Date visited 05/01/2026. Time: 7pm to 8pm.

My child previously had an ear infection. Infection was cleared but was told to come back to wash the ear wax. We came back today. Waited for more than 4hrs. The moment we saw the doc, his first comment was… this is a very wrong timing to come to clear the ear wax as he was very busy trying to clear the balance patients queuing outside. I am not very sure by what does he means by wrong timing? I came at their operating timing and waited for more than 4hrs! And I was told. To wash the ear wax, we must prepare the ear for 3 days. Drip medication to soften the ear wax. Is like surgery. We need to prepare the body too. If we skip this step, we may or may not get the ear wax out from the ear. This is totally unbelievable. I ever went to an old school clinic to have my infected ear wax washed out almost immediately. After waited for almost 4hrs. My child ear was not treated and we do not feel safe for him to handle my child ear. This is my worst experience I ever had with a professional doc. We will never come back again

The service attitude was unacceptable. A very simple matter was made unnecessarily complicated. My child, who is a foreigner, is coming to Singapore to study and is required to have a doctor verify and complete a Singapore-mandated Immunisation Registration Form. However, when I asked the nurse, she was unable to answer most of my questions and kept telling me to ask the doctor instead. Later, the doctor said the registration needed to be done under my child’s name, yet the staff then blamed me for not having registered it under my child’s name in the first place. What was most frustrating was that they took my child’s health booklet saying they needed to photocopy it. It was only three pages, but I was made to wait 20 minutes, and in the end I had to go and ask about it myself. It This was a complete waste of my time. What was most unprofessional was that the nurse even told me that their clinic had never filled in this type of form before!! which left me completely stunned. I also do not understand why the principal of Smiling Star School asked me to come specifically to see Dr Chua.😮💨🤦♀️

I have visited this clinic few times over the past year and unfortunately agree with many reviews about the extremely rude attitude of the front desk lady with glasses. A few months ago, I went in for a consultation in the afternoon. Although it was near closing time, the “Open” sign was still displayed and the lights were on, so I entered. She was on her phone and didn’t notice me until I approached the counter. Startled, she angrily said the clinic was closed and the doctor had already left, in a very rude manner. I pointed out that the “Open” sign was still displayed—how would anyone know the clinic was closed? If she had time to be on her phone, she could at least update the sign so patients wouldn’t be misled. On another occasion, the doctor agreed to provide me with a referral letter to a specialist. However, at the front desk, she angrily refused to call and arrange it, without giving any clear explanation. I told her to forget it, as it wasn’t worth arguing. I can understand If there was a reason the referral couldn’t be done via the clinic — but her tone and manner were completely unacceptable.

I consulted Dr Chua late last year and in January this year due to skin allergies. I thought i have finally found a dermatologist in the west. He is professional and knows how to treat my allergies. Until last night, to my horror i realized the moisturizer prescribed to me expired in Jan 2025! I have been using expired moisturizer for last few months to treat my allergies!!! My allergies have flared up again! That’s certainly immoral for a clinic, how can they prescribe a moisturizer that expires within the same month of visit. Are they trying to sell me supplies that they are clearing??? I am talking about a 30ml content, not just for a day or two to use up!!!! If you refer to my invoice which is dated on 3 Jan 2025, the moisturizer isn’t cheap and i am utterly disgusted by this kind of service. There’s a reason why there are so many low ratings given. Please check your prescription if you ever visit this clinic!
