I recently developed a corneal ulcer and was asked by my GP to go to the A&E immediately. It was about 10.30 pm when I reached the A&E at Parkway East Hospital. Totally grateful to Dr Currie Chiang for seeing me late on a Saturday night. It was past midnight when the whole consultation was over. Corneal ulcers are a medical emergency. I am better now, thanks to her. I have lots of praise for her clinic staff Cassandra and Judy as well, both of whom are always so friendly and caring.

I am on vacation last December and I saw floaters in my eye after exercising in the gym. I visited this clinic and the doctor is very patient. She explained well, why and how did I see floaters. Additional precautions were also advised for future eye problems. The staff also explained patiently how to use the eyedrops prescribed by the doctor. It's been a good experienced for me as a tourist. And I would recommend this clinic to my friends and relatives. Thank you Dr Chiang and to clinic staffs for taking care of me. God bless.

This clinic should be SHUT DOWN for 3 reasons 1. The nurse who treated my eye infection used the same gauze pad to dab both my eyes, spreading the infection further. (doesnt take a genius to know this is very poor hygenic practice) 2. The medication they gave me also made my condition worse. Furthermore the ophthalmologist took leave for 4 days without anyone available for follow up. Must be nice not to have to stand behind your work and be paid no matter what the outcome. 3. When I called the clinic, after 3 days of my condition worsening using their meds, they laughed at me multiple times for not being able to continue applying the eye drops due to the severe pain it was causing. DO NOT GO HERE FOR HELP

Had an eye accident at home and my eye was tearing nonstop. Called for appointment and managed to get an appointment the very day. Nurses were very kind to help assist me when I was not able to see very well. Dr Chiang was very detailed explaining to me about my eye abrasion, assuring me on the treatment steps. Team is very professional and I am very happy with the treatment plan and aftercare.

This clinic is doing dodgy business again. They issued a hand written invoice, who knows what the doctor’s tax status is. Hopefully it’s not a repeat offense that can result in suspension. This day and age, a clinic that’s still issuing a hand written invoice is really baffling especially when they know my elderly parent was paying cash. They then dispensed eye medication that’s expiring in 2 months! June 2022 and it’s April 2022 already and didn’t bother to change to a newer medication despite being asked. The rat face look alike nurse/staff giggled and laughed behind the counter, whispering and talking, looking at my parent. She made us feel uncomfortable. Apparently someone here reviewed the same about getting laughed at. Please avoid paying in cash if you visit this clinic. Ask for a proper and official invoice. Indonesian clients beware.
