I had my LASIK done with Dr Chan, a senior consultant with many years of experience, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. He was calm, meticulous, and explained the procedure clearly so I always knew what to expect during the surgery. His calm confidence made the entire experience reassuring. Dr Chan performed a slight overcorrection to minimise the risk of myopic regression (similar to what is always done for Air Force pilots), which reflected both his foresight and precision. The clinic staff were professional and well-trained. The appointments were very efficient — I never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen each time. The follow-up consultations were thorough and I always felt my recovery was being closely monitored. Overall, the entire process was seamless and well organised. I’m would highly recommend Dr Chan and ERS to anyone considering LASIK.

Dr Ang Beng Chong and Dr Ong Sze Guan are two of the best private physicians that I have the privilege to have meet. I first met Dr Ang when I was 7 years ago and suffering from congenital cataracts.I just passed my 61th birthday.In between I lost contact with him for a few years and reconnect when Eye Retina first open in MT E in 2007. He always greets his patients with a smile and is very patient and caring,like a fatherly figure. As for Dr Ong he performed cataract surgery on my mother in 2021.He is always ready to answer any questions and when I said"Dr Ong,can I ask you a stupid question"he will said not to make such a statement. Because my mother is in a wheelchair and we travel using wheelchair transport operators Dr Ong is always mindful of that and he will try not to delay us.He will assist me or ask his nurse to help in wheeling my mother in and out of his consultation room. They are both compassionate and dedicated doctors who genuinely care for their patients unlike some private practitioner whose only priority is to make as much money as possible from their patients! The nursing team and admin team at Eye Retina Surgeons are also very helpful and friendly.

Dr Anna Tan and her staff are amazing. Always professional, friendly, helpful, caring and engaging. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of the Cornea Transplant and Lens Replacement Surgery. The after care is excellent and we could not have asked for a better Ophthalmologist. Without her intervention, I could not have continued with my career which is my passion.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience. I had an eye examination at your clinic in November 2025, which totaled over SGD 700. The testing and consultation with the doctor were highly professional, and I received a physical copy of the exam results at that time. However, a few days later, I contacted the administrators to request a digital (soft) copy of the exam results for my personal records and for my lens crafter. I was surprised and disappointed to be informed that there would be a fee of SGD 27 for a soft copy of results from an examination that had already been paid for. I believe charging a fee for a digital copy of an existing medical record is an unnecessary barrier to patient service. I urge ERS Clinic to reconsider this policy.
