Dr Leslie Leong is a very kind and understanding doctor. He was very patient to spend his time to address the many questions I had. My wife and myself are really glad to be under his care for our knee problems. He always provided his professional advice to help us decide our course of action based on our needs. His assistants Nellie, Debbie and Hui Min are very capable and helpful. On many occasions they went the extra mile to attend to us. Thank you so much Dr Leslie and your team for the quality service you have rendered.
As always, I had a delightful consultation with Dr Tho and his team, namely Nellie, Mei Fen and Siew Kuan. My family has been to their clinic for decades and their service is always professional and consistent. Shoutout to Nellie for attending to me patiently and helping me to put on the brace support. I came in due to a fracture in my foot and Dr Tho was patient and assuring. Having been to many specialist clinics, Dr Tho is one who has that extra human touch, often making light hearted chats with the patient and one who does not rush his consultation. He has consistently shown not only expertise in his field but also a genuine concern for his patients' well-being. I’ve always appreciated how Dr. Tho takes the time to listen, explain, and ensure you understand your condition. You could definitely entrust yourself with him just like how my family did. My grandmother had her knee replacement a decade ago with Dr Tho and my brother did his ACL surgery with Dr Tho and they never had any issues. If you need a doctor who’s both professional and caring, Dr Tho is definitely the one to go to!
Dr Francis Wong was blessed with a gifted hand. He was very hands on with my surgery. Very gentle that the pain was minimal to no only. Straight forward management and he explained to me in full details. Clinic staff was so helpful and i can only be grateful. All the best Dr. Wong!
I booked an appointment at 4pm for a recent injury. It took me 1h20 to arrive at 3.45pm. I filled in the form, and have been asked to take a seat and wait. At 4.30pm, I have been informed that I would have to wait 30 more minutes. I left as I have other appointments. This is the less professional experience I had so far in Singapore. If there is a 1hour+ waiting list, people should not be required to book an appointment. Ridiculous.
Terrible experiences at Orthopaedic International (Mt. A) today and for the past few appts as well. Today my husband waited forever with no explanation. So what’s the point of making an appointment? I understand delays can happen, however a simple update or estimated wait time from the front desk would help to manage expectations. OI has been in business for many years, why are appts made with no time management? I really have nothing good to say about the front desk staff... totally rude. will never visit or recommend this clinic ever again
