I have seen Dr Han with both of my sons for different issues (one with ear issues and one for a broken nose). On all occasions, Dr Han and his clinic staff have been very warm, welcoming and professional. My son had surgery today to realign his nose and Dr Han and his clinic staff went above and beyond to fit us in for the surgery. The nurses at MT E Orchard have been fantastic too. Thank you

My child had several epistaxis in a week and several other ears, allergies and congestion issues. Managed to get an appointment within the same week, the team is welcoming, pleasant and helpful with the procedures and paperwork. Dr Han is really patient and funny, he was able to engage my child and the session was good. The overall experience with the clinic was great! Would definitely recommend!

Most pathetic experience. I had an appointment at 10 AM and promptly reached in advance at 9 40 AM to complete registration formalities. Another lady walks in later with no appointment and makes a fuss that she did book an appt. There was no appt on the system. Because of the patients arrogant attitude, the staff allows her before me! When I asked why am I not the one to go first as I had an appt and came on time, the staff says my appt is at 10 and I need to wait. It was already 9 55 AM. So it's not as if I asked for entry too early. Possibly because I'm not a Singaporean and the lady was. That's racism in your face. If I was white or a Singaporean, I'm sure I would been treated differently. The staff didn't even have the courtesy to apologise. Please ensure you don't visit this dump of a place which exercises no empathy or fairness towards its patients. I would rate a 0 star if I could. Avoid at all costs!
