Dr Hee is the best! He explained the problem very well and what options are available. He had my future and best interest in mind and with his choice I could go back to my passions in life with very little downtime. The surgery on C5-C6 went well, I had no complications and the physiotherapist he recommended me is also great and helped me to recover fast. He visited me twice daily, morning and night. since 15th April until I discharged on the 24th April 2024 at 8pm in the night. He never failed to visit on the very day itself in spite of his long procedure, yet he still visited me at 10pm to check how I was. I went there to Dr Hee hwan Tak. Everything was ok until I went back to my country and realized that I forgot to ask Dr to fill in and sign my insurance form. I contacted the admin and they told me that there is a fee of $ 108 for doctor to fill in and sign insurance form. I was shocked, because this is the 1st time I was asked to pay just for doctor to sign and fill in the insurance form. I told them that I'm living abroad, to wire money abroad it gonna be cost a lot ( bank fee) and ask if they can consider it. But it seems they are not considered, take it or leave. So disappointed.

Dr Hee laid out very clearly for me the pros and cons of going through the surgery and I was impressed by his wealth of knowledge and experience. Armed with the information that I needed, I decided on the surgery and am happy that I did! Under Dr Hee's superior surgical skills, the operation was a smooth and successful one. It's been 10 weeks since my operation and I am recovering well. I owe this to Dr Hee and his staff whose dedicated post-surgery care has nursed me back to my active lifestyle.
