this place appears to be either running some kind of scam or overcharging. saw Dr. Jeffrey Chew for a minor knee issue. He recommended an MRI, which I was open to. however, the clinic then wanted to charge me almost 2000 for the MRI. I had previously underwent MRIs before, and I know that the cost is only very slightly above 1000. no proper explanation was given as to why the cost is now different. sure enough, I immediately went to a different specialist, obtained an MRI referral, and the cost was just 1068. what's even worse is that Dr Chew had also immediately suggested an expensive treatment (with mixed evidence) without properly explaining what it was about, or that the evidence was mixed. I had to do my own research to discover this. seems to be an unethical and dodgy clinic edit: they did not even tell the MRI place that I would no longer be going. we can add "irresponsible" to the list

Nothing but good words only for Dr. Gurpal Singh and his team of clinic staff. I was admitted to Parkway East Hospital last month for a complete ACL tear and meniscus damage, which requires surgical repairs to my knee. While this is obviously a very bad sports-related injury to have, the experience is made much less unbearable thanks to Dr. Gurpal and his clinic's support during the entire process, from the initial diagnosis to the successful surgery and now the post-op follow up sessions. Dr. Gurpal has a confident yet reassuring tone in him, which is especially important to me as someone going under the knife for the very first time in my life. Thank you and keep up the good work!

Went to see Dr Yegappan for shoulder labrum tear. He was patient in explaining the diagnosis and addressed my questions. The clinic staff were also professional and friendly. He was unlike the Google reviews which others gave of him. I am offering an objective assessment of him here as I went to see another specialist surgeon before him for the same medical condition and I found him better for the reasons above.

Dr. Gurpal Singh is thorough in his diagnosis and doesn’t push unnecessary treatments. I really appreciate his honest approach - unlike another orthopaedic clinic where I had joint surgery and felt pressured into buying their clinic’s brand supplements and booking more procedures!

I am a 62 year old English, Singaporean PR, having been fortunate to live in Singapore since 2001. I consider myself as Singlish. In my younger days I was an avid rugby player. At 19 I played for the Yorkshire Colts and was selected for the national squad. My club rugby was with Headingley, in Leeds. I have always enjoyed been physically active and maintained a reasonable level of fitness. I consider not been able to enjoy physical challenges to be a serious deterioration in the quality of my life. I first met Dr Jeffery Chew when I slipped a disc in 2016. I was on contract in KL at the time, but chose to struggle back to my home in Singapore, rather than seek local treatment. I went immediately from the airport, to what is today Parkway hospital. Within the hour I had been x-rayed, scanned and admitted to the ward. Shortly after arriving on the ward I met Dr Jeffery Chew. It quickly became obvious that I had been fortunate in my hospital selection, as Dr Jeffery was an excellent physician and I was in the best of care. I received traction treatment and with in a week back walking around and two weeks back at work. A few years later my wife was running in the local park and fell whilst negotiating a flight of stairs, breaking her collar bone. I immediate sort out Dr Jeffery. Her collar bone had two breaks and needed to have a metal support fitted. The procedure was a complete success, my wife was back on her feet in a matter of days. In 2019 there was an obvious deterioration in my right hip. Pain was evident with any lateral hip movement or whilst climbing a number of stairs. Dr. Jeffery recommend an immediate hip replacement. I had the operation on the 15 August 2019. On the 16 August I was walking using a zimmer frame and a week later, unaided. 6-weeks later my scars had all healed and I was back doing my normal exercise regime. On the 30-June-2021, I circumnavigated Singapore on a mountain bicycle, covering a distance of 130km.
