I am extremely grateful to Dr Jerry Chen who helped relieve my knees from constant pain through bilateral therapeutic knee injections. In my initial consultation, Dr Chen patiently explained to me in layman terms my condition, assured me it was not a doom diagnosis despite my dismal MRI report (that was such a relief!) and my treatment options for now, as well as in the longer term. I especially appreciate how Dr Chen prescribed conventional methods, instead of just going straight into surgery. Every step of the way - from pre-injection to follow-up reviews - Dr Chen ensured I was well taken care of, and understood the whole process. The entire procedure was surprisingly very smooth with minimal tightness in the knees in the initial few days. Dr Chen also goes the extra mile and communicates with my physiotherapist so I can have a smoother recovery. I’m so blessed to have found an orthopaedic surgeon who takes the time to care for my clinical as well as psychological wellbeing. When it is time for my knees to be replaced, I will definitely return to Dr Chen. Last but not least, I would like to express my gratitude to Grace, Joelle and Vivy - the incredible team supporting Dr Chen. He explained patiently to us on my wife’s condition and his recommendations. Clarifying all our doubts and queries. 💯 Dr Jerry team- Joelle was also professional, courteous and well organised! It was always welcoming for us as patients! Scheduling, billing and medications was also done efficiently by Joelle! We really appreciate how Dr. Jerry team is so genuine and caring. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to Dr Jerry in the future for any fracture incidents/ sports injuries related to orthopaedics!
