I have been a patient of Dr. Chan's clinic for more than a decade and thus far in my own experiences he is like the "last boss" doctor meaning his diagnosis were accurate and gave me the best course of treatment necessary where some failed to do so. His staffs Ernie and Fi Fi are extremely professional and both are well trained medical assistance in ENT, the right kind of expertise professionally to assist are rare indeed. Dr Chan and team made out a solid team together serving all kind of patients with ear, nose and throat problems. Quality of care, without wasting your time and no sugar coating words. I strongly recommend if you do have a problem in relation to ENT to go to his clinic, have yourself check and get the assurance with a peace of mind. I have been to many ENT specialists in the past and I understand the anxiety of what is this and that and why I am not getting well, since then I found this clinic all my problems were solved without any nightmares.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Chan. He was impatient and rude, and his behavior was shockingly unprofessional. When I told him that I needed to check with my HR department before proceeding with the treatment, he became visibly unhappy and even threw his pen in frustration. This was my first visit, and I will not be visiting him again.
