Dr. Oo performed a radiofrequency turbinectomy in just 15 minutes, the procedure was smooth, completely painless, and the care I received was outstanding. The results have truly changed my life: I no longer suffer from throat infections, my sleep apnea is gone, and I wake up feeling rested because I don’t snore or wake up gasping anymore. I came here to get a second opinion from Dr Kenneth Oo. Finding a good specialist is just like finding a good therapist too. You need to be able to get along with them and understand your needs without being pushy. Also, if you want to see if your doctor is genuine and sincere, look at how the doctor treat their staff and Dr Kenneth Oo was kind towards its staff. I’m an observant and I love noticing these little things which is important to me. The clinic is well maintained, no hoarding of old magazines. I might be saying this early since I only had one appointment but it exceeds my expectations. Cause I had a bad experience with my previous Dr. I can’t emphasize enough how well he treated me. He gave a proper diagnosis, and didn’t give me the generic medications which I usually get. He listens and takes his time. He even numbed my sinuses before putting the camera which I was surprised because I didn’t get that with my previous ENT Dr. I’m thoroughly satisfied and I can’t wait to get better.
