Patients typically reach the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form to ask about a specific skin, aesthetic, or general medical concern before booking a first consultation. At the consultation, the doctor will take a clinical history, discuss presenting concerns, and outline a treatment or management plan. For any planned procedure — whether medical or aesthetic — a written financial estimate outlining the out-of-pocket cost, any applicable MediSave deductions, and Integrated Shield Plan coverage should be requested before proceeding. Note that aesthetic procedures generally fall outside MediShield Life and Integrated Shield Plan coverage and are self-pay, whereas reconstructive or medically indicated procedures may attract MediSave or insurance claims subject to MOH guidelines.
To take the next step, contact Dr Kevin Chua Medical Aesthetics Mt Elizabeth directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm first-consultation availability, the doctor's SMC registration details, and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
5 star First time experience. The clinic interior was designed beautifully. The service at the reception warm and friendly. Speaking of warmth, really enjoyed the duvet blanket while lying on their very comfortable medi bed awaiting my prohfilo treatment❣️ Dr Chua was super knowledgeable and appreciated our conversation and advice. His precision along with his sense of humor won me over for my next treatments next chance when in Singapore. Thanks again Doc🙏🫶
Best tattoo removal service from this clinic. I want to show my appreciation to Joey and Fida for their hospitality. They made me feel less nervous about my appointment and they explained to me about the procedure and aftercare. Overall great experience from this clinic
Had a really pleasant experience at Dr Kevin Chua Medical & Aesthetics. Dr Kevin is very knowledgeable, gentle, and explains things clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident with the treatment plan. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good care and solid results.
I've thought about removing my tattoo for the longest time and i have done quite alot of research on my end as i don't want to risk leaving scars or getting scammed (tattoo removal is not cheap!!) But i'm happy i chose this clinic because of how experienced Dr Kevin is, the consultation with him itself was very transparent and helpful. I have friends who did removal at other places and i see them leaving the clinic with their arms bleeding and with no cream given. So i was honestly confused...why isn't my arm bleeding? And they gave me meds for itch and swelling. Serum and 2 creams to apply, so it feels like i'm well taken care of. This type of thing really need to choose a good clinic, if not u will regret even more because of the scaring.
Great experience with Dr Chua and team. The team is caring, booking is effortless and service quality is consistent throughout. Dr Chua is very knowledgeable, honest and patient.

First consultations at private medical aesthetics clinics in Singapore typically run S$120–250, with follow-up reviews at S$80–180. Investigations billed on top may include blood panels (S$60–200), skin analysis, or imaging where clinically relevant. Aesthetic procedures — injectables, laser treatments, and skin-rejuvenation protocols — are self-pay and are not covered by MediShield Life or Integrated Shield Plans; costs vary considerably by treatment type and number of sessions required. Any planned procedure should come with a written cost breakdown itemising the procedure fee, consumables, and out-of-pocket total before you commit. GST applies on private medical services. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. For medical aesthetics, the relevant MOH List of Aesthetic Procedures governs which treatments a doctor may perform and under what conditions. No MOH licence or SMC registration details have been confirmed in the current listing data, so we recommend verifying both independently before booking. Confirm the named doctor's SMC entry and the clinic's MOH licence as two separate checks — neither alone is sufficient.
Aesthetic procedures — fillers, botulinum toxin, laser resurfacing, and similar cosmetic treatments — are self-pay under MOH rules and cannot be claimed against MediShield Life, Integrated Shield Plans (IPs), or MediSave. Medically indicated procedures (for example, treatment of a skin condition with a documented clinical diagnosis) may qualify for MediSave or IP claims subject to your plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider terms — confirm pre-authorisation with your insurer before any planned procedure. MediSave outpatient withdrawal under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) covers selected chronic conditions at up to S$500–700 per year where applicable. For any treatment that may carry an insurance or MediSave component, request a written financial counselling estimate at the clinic that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
