I was able to get an appointment quickly because of the sudden appearance of floaters & flashes. The staff were very patient and efficient in getting me registered and doing all the pre-consultation scans and tests. I like it that the clinic schedules patients accurately and doesn't make patients wait 1-2 hours past the official appointment time. The clinic has a super machine that doesn't require dilation which is great as eye dilation takes so long and is so uncomfortable for many hours after administering. Dr Khng was very patient & clear in explaining my situation to me, which allayed alot of my concerns. I trust Dr Khng and his team and would recommend his clinic for any eye related issues.

I've been coming to Eyewise clinic for my dry eyes and Dr Khng and his team have ensured the highest level of care for my vision, the counter staff are always friendly and attentive, even remembering the medications I may not used and top up to the duration needed. Reminders are always sent in advance to ensure the appointments are timely, never missing a beat. Dr Khng care is always meticulous, ensuring a thorough eye exam for every visit checking of the retina to the lens and always explaining the cause and effects in great detail and in addition giving guidance to future potential issues (cataract) and rectifications. You could not be in better hands The clinic also provides a printout of the eye test results with every visit, which is very handy to keep as part of ones medical records.
