Remarks such as “What did I just say?” and “Do you understand English?” were made during the consultation. I found these comments unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should feel comfortable asking questions about their own health without feeling belittled. After the tests, the conclusion appeared uncertain — described as “it could be this or it could be that” — followed by a suggestion to try medication and observe the response. This left me questioning the necessity and cost of the extensive diagnostics. While I understand that other patients may have had positive experiences, mine did not meet the standard of professionalism and respect I would expect, especially given the significant fees charged. Based on my experience, I would not return.
