My staff went to this clinic for a full medical examination for a work permit application. On the day of collecting the medical report, the clinic staff informed my employee that the report had already been collected the day before at around 4:30 p.m. However, my staff never collected it. When I asked how they verified the collection, they said it was released just by providing the FIN number — no proper identity check was done. This is a serious issue as it involves personal and confidential medical information. Even after we raised the matter, the clinic did not take any action or provide a proper explanation. They only made a copy of the report and gave it to my staff instead of investigating or resolving the issue properly

The worst doctor I ever seen. Beware of Doctor who named Chan Yat Chun, she flipped my clothes above my shoulder without my permission to hear my heart rate. I’m wearing very thin shirt, that’s no point to flip my clothes to hear the heart rate. Please stay away from this old lady Doctor. This is very terrible and horrible experience I ever had.

the worst clinic staff and doctor ever seen the doctor Chan Yat Chun asked me to flip over my t-shirt to examine my lungs inside a clear glass room named "isolation room" just beside the street where everybody walks by. first of all, examine lungs never require someone to filp over a shirt to expose themselves second, how can you ask a female patient to expose in a glass room?????????? this is so ridiculous and horrifying to experience I will definitely raise a formal complaint to SMC and CASE

Do pre-departure PCR test, call 1 day in advance for the test but was told no booking is required. Just visit the clinic 48hrs before depart. I was worried for few nights coz pcr process seems scary. After the procedure felt that I was overly worried. Will return to this clinic for the same test when return when completed my SHN. The nurse who do pcr is a professional😊😊💝
