The place is so small that there is not even available seats for the patients to seat while waiting, and keep in mind that these patients are likely to have standing problems. Yet I had to wait for my appointment for 30 minutes extra which is unacceptable, although I arrived 30 minutes earlier. There was no information or update provided. I was expecting to have MRI scan as I clearly stated it during my call for the appointment but it was just a consultation. And they charged me more than 130 SGD for 15 minutes talk for the things I already knew. Singapore health system is targeting the money of the patients, rather than improving their health status. This place is a good example of it.

I am very thankful to the clinic manager Amelia for recommending Dr Lai Kah Weng to me on 26 Aug 2021 when I was not able to walk at all due to sciatica pain. Amelia took the initiative to prepare the admission for me prior seeing Dr Lai. I would also like to thanks Dr Lai, without his professional advise and assured me that the surgery will be okay, till date I wouldn't be able to walk freely. Once again, my sincere thanks to Amelia for the extra miles that she even get the corset supplier to deliver a set to me after my surgery. I am totally impressed with the professionalism of both Dr Lai & Amelia. Definitely will recommend IOC to my surrounding friends should they have any Orthopedics issue..
