I find it difficult to adequately express my gratitude after visiting Dr. Lim Li Ling. Dr. Lim is, without a doubt, the best doctor I have ever encountered. Her dedication and thoroughness are truly remarkable. She asks countless thoughtful questions to ensure she is treating me in the best possible way, and every time I visit her, I feel as though I am her sole focus, receiving her undivided attention. Dr. Lim’s ability to explain complex medical matters in such a detailed yet clear manner always puts me at ease. Her professionalism and vast knowledge are truly impressive, yet she communicates with such simplicity and clarity. Moreover, she is not only an outstanding doctor but also a genuinely kind and caring person. I would also like to highlight the wonderful clinic staff, the manager, who is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Lim and her team are a true blessing. If all healthcare professionals were like her, the journey to recovery would undoubtedly be smoother for so many people. Dr. Lim is, indeed, an angel in her profession.

Dr Lim examined and advised me professionally. She is detailed and thorough with clinical examination. Character and mood based standard questionaires are provided to me as first time patient to assist in understanding symptoms which causes may not be identified based on scans and blood tests. She did not initiate any religious topic or foist any belief on me. Instead she has asked for my blood test results which I did as part of annual health check up at another clinic. She also did not push expensive MRI scans. Comments about her dressing are personal, and unnecessary. We should not foist our dress code on doctors not in operating or treatment rooms.

How do I give 0 stars? Extremely unprofessional doctor, forceful with her Christian beliefs and only gives generic advice about sleep. Elaboration: 1. Did not greet us when entering the room 2. Chased parents out of the room rudely to talk to me alone 3. Asked me personal questions intrusively and without empathy 4. Unprofessional dressing with a very low cut dress and kept reaching her hand to scratch her chest while talking to us without any eye contact 5. Forceful with her very uncommon Christian beliefs saying that I’m “unwell because I do not have enough faith” (??????) What kind of doctor does these things? Extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

Poor. First time I met her she was 1.5 hours late for my appointment. This would not be a big issue if my problem was solved. Unfortunately, when I did meet her, she spent most of her time talking about other things, then gave generic treatment and advice (exercise, keep regular hours, sleep hygiene, etc. stuff that’s easily googled). Didn’t seem to actually listen to the specifics of my problem. She wasn’t cold or unfriendly; just unhelpful. When I left, I noticed there was a patient in the waiting room. Apparently he was also 1.5hours behind because my appointment ate into his. Second time I met her I called an hour earlier to confirm the appointment time. Staff said yes, time is correct. But when I got to the clinic, they said there were people in line and I would probably have to wait another hour (I expect that was a low estimate). They could have told me this when I called so I could adjust my arrival time. The 2 patients ahead of me were apparently also behind their appointment times for the same reason. Seems this is a very common occurrence. I cancelled my appointment and left. If you’re able to spare an hour waiting for each appointment, and only need general sleep solutions/don’t have a specialized problem, then she should be ok for you. Brilliant SEO though. Consistently shows up as a high result on google.
