The explanations were thoughtful and clear, from registration through to medication dispensing, including detailed guidance on usage. My consultation with Dr. Lau was thorough, and his gentle approach during the scope procedure made the experience comfortable and painless. The clinic’s ambience was clean, comfortable, well-ventilated, and spacious, creating a quiet and calming environment. I also appreciate everyone’s patience despite my uncontrollable coughing during the visit. My mom was treated by Dr Paul Mok and his assistant Pauline for a minor procedure, which required almost 3 months of regular dressing before it fully healed. Throughout this time, they both showed great care and dedication. Dr Paul was patient, thorough, and went the extra mile in treating not only her condition but also her ear infection and giddiness. My mom only trusts Dr Paul now, as her previous experience elsewhere left her feeling unwell, but with Dr Paul’s treatment she felt much better. Special thanks to Pauline, who made everything so convenient for my mom. She arranged for follow-ups at clinics that were easier for my mom to travel to, and even provided direct means to contact her. Her kindness and attention really made a big difference. I am deeply grateful to Dr Paul and Pauline for their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care. Highly recommended.

I just Google to look for an ENT SPECIALIST and decided on MY ENT Specialist since both their clinics are near my office. Looked through the review is fair rating and have booked my appointment. I called Farrer branch but they said they are full on my selected dates and thus refer me to Novena. I accepted the Novena location and made my appointment booking with the nurse at Farrer branch. At the same time told the nurse to check if my letter from my panel clinic dated in Nov 20th 2025 is still valid. The nurse said will check and call me back. I was out of town right away for 2 weeks travel. When I called to check on the validity of the refer letter today which is my appointment day, I was shocked that they do not have my appointment recorded. And no record on checking the validity of my refer letter. I was told to do walk in and may have to wait till 2 hours. At first stage of making appointment, I already face with two unprofessional matters, no appointment recorded which was confirmed on phone and no reply back on the validity of the refer letter. To add i was not told at making appointment that they will call or text to confirm on the appointment which I only get to know today when they adding me as walk in. At such, I am not conformable to proceed and decided to look for other ENT specialist Hope no one has to go through this unpleasant process as I did.

The clinic person just asked for my condition over phone call and says the doctor will not be able to check for this condition. I mean, without even having a look? Ridiculous. If we knew what the problem was or the condition is, we could treat ourselves right?

Perform a nasal check by Dr Lau, but I was not briefed that the medicine used for the checkup was not covered under my insurance. Found nothing and wanted me to do reviews every 2 months, their claims to my insurance was almost 12x what they had charged me. Easy money.
