The National University Hospital (NUH) is a leading university hospital in Singapore, serving as a major referral centre for specialised care for both adults and children, while advancing medical research and education.
Homeowners contacting Dr Rahul Rathakrishnan NUH typically ask about Brain & Nerves. The team positions itself as a working healthcare outfit rather than a generalist, so you can expect questions about scope, access, and timing before a quote is confirmed.
Dr Rahul Rathakrishnan NUH covers all of Singapore, which is useful if you live in a less-central estate or need a provider that can follow a recurring job to different addresses. The business is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channel. Google reviewers currently give Dr Rahul Rathakrishnan NUH an average of 2.3/5 across 26 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a healthcare provider.
The practical way to decide on Dr Rahul Rathakrishnan NUH is to message them directly with a short job description, property type, and any relevant photos. Direct contact means no platform middleman and usually a faster response than form-based lead submissions.
not sure about other people, but my experience with waiting time here has been alright, i tend to be seen close to appointment time. staff tend to be a bit curt, but are competent at their job. whole appointment from registration to consult to collection of medication qt the level 3 pharmacy can be done in about 1-1.5h :)
I kinda disagree with the reviews here Drs are great, staff is new Slow or not understand of procedure is alright de Healthcare environment isnt easy to handle as I also part of it I'm thankful all this years Dr su help, given me good advise As for those staff needs to improve on EQ and patience to the patient Especially elderly with dementia Can you guys don't say loud or shout to eldery I understood is busy and stressful at times Go for more training for the front counter will be improve the team work of the clinic And lastly I wanna say not everyone is prefect pls be patience to your colleague Even they are slow or not understand easily So far I hope clinic will be better The head of the clinic I hope u can accept my advise to u and your team Thanks
The worse clinic ever , they prescribed my friend anxiety medication with no oversight or close follow up. ZERO helpline to call incase the medication was not working for him. My friend started to feel very unwell , increased anxiety and insomnia, felt like he is on the brink of a panic attack the whole day. Called the hospital multiple times only to be told that the psych department will call back , its 5pm now and they still have yet to do it. Anxiety medication should be closely monitored for adverse side effects and changed in mood swings or in some extreme cases suicide ideation. This is totally medical malpractice and i strongly do not advice people to be referred here or come here on your own accord. Would give zero star if possible.
Terrible experience. We went to this clinic at 2pm as our appointment was at 3pm. After self registration at the kiosk machine, our number was called for the screening (namely blood pressure measurement). Thereafter we are told to wait outside room 11 to meet the specialist. At 3:45pm, we could see other patients before us have entered the rooms. I decided to wait as there was a sign outside the doctors' room saying "90 minutes waiting time". At 4pm, I approached the counter and was referred to the screening section to see how many patients were in front of my queue number. Imagine my shock when I was told our queue number was not in the system and we have been waiting the whole time for nothing. The staff at the screening section approached the room 11 doctor to check if we were put on hold. Apparently, the doctor couldn't see our queue number as well. NUH IT department should investigate the case of a missing queue number. Makes a great mystery novel when the Singapore gov have spent millions on computerising the medical system to maintain singapore's medical hub status.
