I would like to provide feedback regarding an unpleasant experience involving a healthcare attendant at Level 1,named Victor. My father is currently admitted in Ward 510. Earlier, we were allowed six family members to visit as we were having a discussion with the doctor regarding my father’s condition. After the discussion, we went downstairs for an early dinner. Unfortunately, we were not informed that once the discussion ended, the visitor limit would revert back to two persons. When we returned, Mr Victor amd a malay lady wearing tudung is rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of explaining the situation calmly and politely, he and the malay lady was mumbling comments to another staff member, which we found inappropriate and disrespectful.Given the emotional state of families with critically ill patients, such behaviour added unnecessary distress. We fully understand and respect hospital visitor policies. However, we believe that staff should communicate these rules clearly and courteously, especially to family members who may not be aware of policy changes. I strongly recommend that Mr Victor, and staff in similar roles, be sent for customer service training to improve communication skills and professionalism when dealing with patients’ families. Thank you for taking the time to look into this matter. I hope this feedback will help improve the overall experience for patients and their families.

The care by the medical staff is comparable to private hospitals. They showed care and concern. They are professional! The doctors are attentive! Especially Dr Dawn Sinn You! She even came on a sat, few days before CNY, just to ask if her patient is recovering well. That is impressive! Thank you Dr Dawn! Even the food is tasty and delicious. The mutton stew sedap seh! And SKH even provided bedside iPad for all patients for entertainment. And the iPad was loaded with games like candy crush. And this is not even class A ward, this is B2! Wow!! Can I say SKH is the SQ of Spore Gov Hospital? Thank you SKH!!

All nurses at ward 610 are super awesome. They took very good care of my father in law room 5 bed 5 until 20 Feb 2026 when he passed away. They are always smiley, caring and fast. I was there for 2 weeks, seen alot of different patients with different 'patterns', the nurses handled each one very well. Kudos to all of them. The doctors are full of compassion and patient. Hospital is clean and spacious. A great thank you to the nurses & doctors & cleaners and aunties that serve food of ward 610!

I was admitted to Ward 58 at Sengkang General Hospital during the Chinese New Year period, a time when most families are celebrating.
