He who speaks the loudest gets served first. No, the irony of that statement was not missed out at an ENT clinic. I waited for over an hour. Just at about the hour mark, I heard this patient tell a nurse that he had been waiting and was in a rush. She told him there were 2 more patients in front of him and he wasn't too pleased. Seconds later, the nurse ushered him into the room. I was probably one of the 2 patients in front of that guy and I continue waiting.
