Dr Tony was my surgeon when I went to A&E, and I’m really grateful for the care I received. He was very kind and reassuring, and it was comforting to know he is Indonesian. Even though I don’t speak much bahasa, it still helped put my very indonesian family family at ease haha. I had two surgeries to treat an abscess. Every time I went back to the clinic for dressing changes, Dr Tony was patient and empathetic. It was sometimes painful, which is just the nature of the injury and not his fault at all, but he always made sure I was okay and explained what was happening. The scar healed really well and does not look bad at all, which shows how careful and meticulous he was during the procedure. I also want to thank his team, especially Anita, Eny, and everyone else at the clinic. Everyone was efficient, kind, and very on the ball. They work really well together and you can tell it’s a strong team. Highly recommend Spring Hope Ortho.
