I have to write this review because it was the many stellar reviews of Wei Wei Clinic that led me to make an appointment with Dr Wee. I received a text the very next day, and my consultation was scheduled quickly. After meeting her for the first time, I felt so comfortable and confident with Dr Wee that I decided to proceed with a major operation under her care. Her tender loving care goes far beyond the call of duty. She makes me feel genuinely cared for and seen. Dr Wee personally makes arrangements with the hospital staff to ensure that I’m always comfortable and well looked after. She exercises wise judgment, and I truly believe I’ve received the best possible medical attention and care. Her surgery skills are excellent and I am kept comfortable and practically pain-free post-op. My recovery from the operation has been smooth, and I am deeply grateful to Dr Wee and her team for their exceptional professionalism and compassion.

No amount of words can adequately express just how grateful we are to have met Dr Wei Wei and her team of wonderful staff. I had been experiencing severe menstrual pain and heavy bleeding but was brushed aside when I finally plucked up the courage to seek help from a gynaecologist who, after confirming that I had no tumours or fibroids, simply dismissed me with the advice to lose weight. It was disheartening and made me wonder whether women like myself, who are not keen on conceiving, are expected to live with the pain that comes with the menstrual cycle. It was always either, “You need to lose weight,” or, “After childbirth, you won’t have menstrual pain anymore,” as told by people around me. After enduring two more years of misery, with the bleeding and pain worsening despite having lost weight, I decided to take another leap of faith and meet Dr Wei Wei. This decision turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Unlike the previous gynaecologist, Dr Wei Wei does not brush you aside, nor does she disregard you if you are not planning to conceive. She listens attentively to your concerns and is empathetic and non-judgemental. I felt safe. After the first consultation, I finally felt like I could breathe again. It was such a relief to know that someone was finally willing to take my pain seriously. The procedures were smooth, and Dr Wei Wei was patient and encouraging at every step. She never forces decisions, but instead offers thoughtful recommendations. Her bedside manner was impeccable, as were her skills as a surgeon. My incisions are small and healing well, and I have never felt better than I do now. Thank you, Dr Wei Wei. You have made a significant impact on my life. I am no longer tormented by pain and can finally live my life to the fullest. This truly feels like a brand-new start in life for me - and no I am not exaggerating. My partner and I would also like to thank your wonderful team of staff. They are as warm, friendly, and cheerful as you are. It has been an absolute pleasure meeting all of you. Dr Wee gave me the assurance I needed, after receiving contradicting opinions from other doctors overseas. It is also the little things that matter, and she definitely took care of the little things. For example, she patiently explained everything she saw on the ultrasound scans and she gave very detailed answers to the questions I had. I am very glad to have had her time and would highly recommend her to others.
