For a first visit, patients can reach the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form to confirm consultation hours and whether an appointment is required or walk-ins are accepted. A GP consultation typically covers acute illness, chronic disease follow-up (including conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia), health screening, and referral letters for specialist care. Patients using Integrated Shield Plans or MediSave should confirm which outpatient claims the clinic can process, noting that the MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal limit applies, and that CDMP-listed conditions qualify for the S$700 annual MediSave ceiling at approved GP clinics. Polyclinic or GP referral letters are also the standard pathway to subsidised specialist outpatient clinics at public hospitals if a referral is needed.
Contact the clinic directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm current consultation hours, walk-in availability, and whether your Integrated Shield Plan or CHAS card is accepted before making the trip.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I have always trusted the doctors at this clinic from my previous visits. They are efficient, professional, and provide targeted and effective treatment. During my recent urgent situation, the entire team was attentive, responsive, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate their excellent care and highly recommend this clinic!
My son and I usually come here whenever we are not feeling well. Dr. Brian has been very helpful in our recovery and is always pleasant to speak with. The staff are kind and accommodating as well, especially Zhazha (I hope I got the name right). She is a lovely lady who assisted me while we were waiting for the doctor to come online.
New clinic around the estate making it very convenient for us to go to when we are sick. Doctor and CA is very helpful. Although CA is young, she is quite professional in her job. Doctor is quite gentle, and gave good amount of medication to help with my flu symptoms. Not that expensive as well, consult only at $27 for weekday when i came in around 8pm.. with chas card it helps. Also they make house calls. Can also use cdc voucher to make payment, gives convenience. 💯
What a refreshing experience at this clinic. First time in a long time I come across a GP that understands health is not about just treating symptoms with medications. They were attentive and understood what I need. They have fitness focused lab package and proactively recommended to me. Result turnaround was super quick. Lab results are well explained.
Good doctors who give good prescriptions. But no doctors in the evenings. Only via mobile phone. Not conducive if you have fever or sore throat that requires closer examination. Otherwise, day time is good.

GP consultations at private family clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with the total bill rising once investigations, medications, or procedures are added. Common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and prescribed medications, each billed separately from the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. Patients holding CHAS cards (Community Health Assist Scheme) may be entitled to subsidised GP visits if the clinic is a CHAS-participating provider — confirm this before attending, as not all private GP clinics are enrolled. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of CDMP-listed chronic conditions up to the S$700 annual ceiling, or S$500 for general outpatient MediSave claims. Contact the clinic directly to confirm its CHAS participation and MediSave claim process. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must also be on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. No licences have been listed for this provider in the KakiList data, so we are unable to confirm these credentials directly from this listing. Before attending, take two minutes to search the clinic name on the MOH licensee directory and the consulting doctor's name on the SMC register. Both checks are free and publicly accessible. The clinic's high Google rating across 104 reviews is a positive signal, but it does not substitute for regulatory verification. Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient and day-surgery costs rather than routine GP visits, though some plans include an outpatient or GP rider — check your policy schedule before assuming coverage. For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the S$500 annual withdrawal limit for general outpatient claims, rising to S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. CHAS Blue, Orange, and Merdeka cardholders receive additional subsidies at enrolled GP clinics, reducing out-of-pocket costs substantially for Singapore Citizens who qualify. Confirm with the clinic whether it participates in CHAS and which MediSave or insurance schemes it can process at the point of billing. For any planned referral or procedure arising from a GP consultation, request a written estimate that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding — this is standard practice at reputable clinics and helps avoid billing surprises.
