Families interested in enrolling a child should begin by contacting Dragons Rugby Club via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm which age groups and skill levels are currently catered for, and whether sessions align with the child's school or existing commitments. It is worth asking whether coaching follows a structured term or season format, whether group sessions or smaller training groups are available, and what equipment or kit is required before the first session. Enquiring about a trial session is advisable so that both the child and parent can assess the coaching approach and whether the format suits the child's temperament and ability level before committing to a longer programme.
To take the next step, reach out to Dragons Rugby Club directly via WhatsApp or phone to ask about current intake availability, session schedules, and whether a trial can be arranged before committing to a term.
Take the trial class and confirm the coach's actual credentials before committing to a term.
I highly Recommend Dragons Rugby Club. Dragons is run by volunteers and has a warm, welcoming & diverse community, with a club culture of fair play and inclusiveness. Playing for Dragons has given our sons a love for rugby & they have continued to improve their skills while being mentored by the coaches. Dragons has helped us to integrate into Singapore & our family has made many friends at the club.
My son joined Dragons 4 years ago and he loves it. It is a non-profit group, run by volunteers yet managed in a very professional way! Thumbs up to Sam, Chris and all the coaches, way to go 👍
Everything is beautiful abt Dragon Rugby. Parents, players, coaches, location, facilities and ofcos the founders!
Excellent club. Would teach from scratch no matter what. Everybody is welcoming and fun to be around unless its time to be serious for matches, tournaments etc.

Dragons Rugby Club's pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier, but specific per-session or monthly package fees were not published at the time of this listing. For sports enrichment programmes in Singapore, fees commonly range from S$30 to S$80 per session for group classes, with monthly packages or term-based commitments often offering a lower effective per-session rate than pay-as-you-go arrangements. When enquiring, ask whether there is a separate registration or enrolment fee, whether kit or equipment is included, and whether sibling or multi-session discounts apply. Some programmes charge a materials or kit fee at the start of each term. Contact Dragons Rugby Club directly to obtain a current fee schedule before committing. Many sports enrichment and rugby coaching programmes in Singapore offer a trial session, sometimes at a reduced fee or as part of the enrolment process. A trial allows the child to experience the coaching style, group dynamics, and session structure before any term commitment is made. During a trial session, pay attention to how the coach engages children of different ability levels, whether the session is age-appropriate in terms of pace and instruction, and whether the child leaves motivated and comfortable. If the group size is large, it is worth asking what the typical coach-to-player ratio is to gauge how much individual attention each child receives. Contact Dragons Rugby Club via WhatsApp or phone to confirm whether a trial session is available, what it costs, and what to bring on the day.
Specific coaching credentials for Dragons Rugby Club were not listed in the available provider data. For rugby coaching programmes, relevant qualifications to ask about include World Rugby coaching certifications (Level 1 or Level 2), Singapore Rugby Union accreditation, and any first aid or safeguarding certifications, particularly for coaches working with children. Experience working with youth players and familiarity with age-appropriate training methods are also important considerations. Some coaches have backgrounds in competitive or representative rugby, which can be a useful indicator of technical knowledge, though coaching ability and child development experience matter equally at the grassroots level. Reach out to Dragons Rugby Club directly to ask about the qualifications and experience of the coaching team before enrolling.
