When enquiring about a camp place, ask about the appropriate skill level for your child (complete beginner through to intermediate), the age range catered for, and the session structure across the camp days. Holiday camps typically run in blocks aligned to school holiday periods, so it is worth confirming the exact dates, duration per day, and whether equipment such as skates, helmets, and protective pads is provided or must be brought separately. Clarify whether a trial or taster session is available before a full camp commitment, and check whether group sizes are capped to ensure adequate instructor attention per child.

To take the next step, reach out to Dragons (Skate Dragons) via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check upcoming holiday camp availability and confirm what your child should bring on the first day.

Amazing skate park for running, cycling and skating! Can work out at any time of the day and in any weather because it’s indoors and under shade. Highly recommended for family and friends gathering to do sports together!

It's a really basic little skate park that I wouldn't recommend. Concrete slabs are bonded with a thick layer of elastic goo that really messed up my timing. The mini ramp is nice with mellow transition and forgiving coping, but it is extremely narrow. So it looks like a good place for mini ramp beginners, but it's not imho ideal for learning basic slash grinds etc if you like to carve into it (because of the risk of carving out of it). There are 2 vending machines nearby and SHOWERS (go downstairs, south-east, to OCBC Arena main entrance where there are toilets and changing rooms with SHOWERS .

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Dragons (Skate Dragons) charge per session?

Dragons (Skate Dragons) uses a '$$' price indicator, which suggests mid-range pricing for the Singapore skating and holiday camp market. Holiday camps are typically priced as a block package rather than per individual session — expect to pay for a multi-day programme aligned to school holiday periods. When requesting a quote, confirm what is included: instructor fees, rink or venue access, equipment hire (skates, helmet, knee and wrist pads), and any materials or camp merchandise. Ask whether there are sibling discounts or early-bird rates for booking ahead. See the full holiday camp cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

It is worth asking Dragons (Skate Dragons) directly whether a trial or taster session is available before signing up for a full holiday camp block. A single introductory session lets you assess whether the pace and teaching style suit your child's current ability and temperament. During a trial, look for whether the instructor breaks down skills clearly, whether your child feels comfortable on the ice or rink surface, and whether the group size allows for individual attention. Some providers offer a paid trial that can be credited towards the full camp fee if you proceed. Contact the team via WhatsApp or phone to confirm their current trial policy before committing.

What are the instructors' credentials at Dragons (Skate Dragons)?

No specific instructor credentials are listed in the available information for Dragons (Skate Dragons). For skating programmes, relevant qualifications to ask about include national or international skating coaching certifications (such as those from the Singapore Ice Skating Association or equivalent bodies), first-aid certification, and years of coaching experience with children. It is also reasonable to ask about the instructor-to-child ratio within camp groups, as this directly affects how much hands-on guidance each child receives — particularly important for beginners still finding their footing. Raise these questions directly with the team before enrolling your child in a camp block.
