Disorganised with ridiculous pricing. I first inquired if they do interior design for HDB but they misunderstood me, thought I was selling my HDB. Had to speak to their property agency arm before getting returned to DreamR again for my requirements. Then I was told to provide basic info of the apartment I would like to design. It came with a note that all projects begin from $300k. Noting from the previous review in April this year, it appears that their prices have gone up by $100k within a few months. I ended my conversation with Wynne there, saying I must have misunderstood their offerings. But I went back to clarify shortly after as I thought she might not realise I was inquiring for a HDB apartment. This time she didn’t even bother to reply. After seeing the last review, I got my answer - they do charge $300k+ for HDB too. While they might justify the exorbitant fees with their high quality materials and premium designs, shouldn’t the fees be determined based on the requirements of the home owners? Why would there be a minimum charge before knowing what works will be carried out? TLDR: If you are a HDB owner who’s looking for an ID, don’t bother going through this wild goose chase with them.

DreamR did my entire home renovation and delivered on time despite the fact that I’ve added many more areas to be renovated. I love how they are really patient to keep editing the design until my family is satisfied with it. Once we started renovating, we had more areas that had to be fixed when the ceiling was opened. We redid all the electrical, water tanks and aircon system. Basically the scope increased by double from what was initially agreed yet they are very accommodating. Love the prompt updates and I love my new home! Beautiful and comfy!

called moments ago 01/04/2025 @ 4:10pm. The person picked up the phone and I asked if can make an appointment for quotation of my 5rm bto, he proceeded to tell me I need to call HDB for this. Pretty puzzled about this so I said it got the number for renovation works. He replied “oh” and immediately asked what’s my budget. Even before saying my budget, he said that they only take on projects starting from 200k. Amazing! Bto 200k, i’d like to see their projects at that budget, should be pretty epic. Maybe with that amount of money earned, should consider sending the person picking the phone up for some phone ethics course 😂 What an April Fools day hahaha
