Both my children are on Ortho-K, and Carine was exceptionally patient and attentive with them. She explained each step clearly, helped the kids feel at ease, and was always reassuring throughout the fitting and follow-up process. Made an appointment to see Dr Jay Siak for refractive surgery assessment. The whole appointment booking process was a breeze done over Whatsapp. Carine the optometrist was super helpful and meticulous in explanations and follow ups. Was given professional advice on choosing between Implantable Collamer Lenses (ICL) or Photorefractive Keratectomy (PRK) based on my specific cornea, eye condition and age considerations. With my Presbyopia, was advised to go for a monovision correction, where my non dominant eye is under corrected to see close objects. Contact lenses were prescribed for a trial of the monovision experience so that I can be sure this works. I am about 11 hours post op now and super pleased with the experience. The operation was done very professionally. Everyone at the clinics was reasuring.
