I had my ICL surgery done with Dr. Val Phua, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at EEC KAP. Dr. Val is incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He explained every step in a way that made me feel completely at ease, and his reassurance throughout the process meant so much. I’m truly grateful for the level of attention and comfort he provided, it made something I was nervous about feel surprisingly smooth and fuss-free! The customer service from everyone was exceptional as well - even from my first enquiry, which I made at almost 1 AM and was answered at 10 AM (shout out to Irene)! Every single interaction felt warm, thoughtful, and sincere. They were always quick to help, always smiling, and consistently went the extra mile. You can really feel how much the whole team cares about their patients. This has been a genuinely life-changing experience for me. I’m deeply appreciative of Dr. Val and the entire EEC KAP team! I had ICL surgery done at Eagle Eye Centre (KAP) with Dr Julian Theng, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Dr Theng is incredibly kind, friendly, and reassuring. From the very first consultation through to the procedure itself, he made me feel calm, informed, and genuinely cared for. I’m only five days post-ICL and my vision has already improved so much, which has been amazing to experience. I’m really looking forward to seeing the full results as my eyes continue to heal. What truly stood out to me was the thoughtfulness of the entire experience. There’s a cafe on-site where you’re provided with a proper meal, along with food vouchers, which was such a comforting touch, especially after surgery. Dr Theng also provides thoughtful souvenirs and little details that I’ve honestly never seen offered by a doctor before. It made the whole experience feel personal rather than clinical. Overall, this has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr Julian Theng is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely pleasant and caring. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering ICL surgery.
