We worked with Shaun from Earth Interior Design and the whole project was a real joyful process. The apartment we bought was a real mess with everything falling apart (and that was the reason we got it for a bargain) and even with issues like termites (the issues we only later discovered)... But with all the support and care every step of the way, Shaun made sure that we felt at ease and could design our dream home together. The end results......? We now have a beautiful home where we are totally happy and comfortable. On budget on time as well. We heard many terrible stories from our friends about their experience with bad contractors etc. But our experience was so positive and after support has been great too. I really felt that this company (Shaun in particular as well) cares about your project as if they are working on their own home. Thank you, Shaun and the team at Earth Interior Design! My renovation journey started when I met Egalson from Earth Interior Design at an ID roadshow. Out of all the interior designers we shortlisted at the event, my wife and I ultimately decided to go with Earth Interior. Embarking on a renovation can be an anxious process filled with lots of questions and uncertainties, but Egalson was always available to provide us with the support we needed. The design process was incredibly smooth. We came in with only a vague idea of what we wanted, but Egalson did the heavy lifting. He generated various iterations until he found a design that suited our taste. We wanted a balance of aesthetics and functionality, and that is exactly what we got. The renovation itself was completed ahead of the hard deadline we set at the beginning. While there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, they were handled quickly and effectively. Had a superb experience with Egalson from Earth Interior. At the start, we were unfamiliar with the reno process, but Egalson understood what we wanted and walked us through the process. His design is modern yet practical, and he gave us many useful advice to help avoid common first-time homeowner mistakes. During our discussions, Egalson is very responsive. He listens to our needs, is patient with our questions, and always gives honest recommendations based on practicality. During the renovation, he followed up closely on progress, kept us updated on timelines, managed his vendors well and helped to resolve issues when they came up, which made things much less stressful for us. We were also able to purchase furniture through them, which saved us a lot of time and effort, and the quality was good. End result turned out very close to the 3D drawings, and we’re really happy staying in the house now. Highly recommend especially for first-time BTO owners or newly married couples.
