They do a run down on what are the things they can clean for you etc based on your package. I also book the sofa cleaning service and saw how much unseen dirt they suck out from it. Apart from the hardworking and friendly lady, the overall work was average. Some spots were missed, windows were not cleaned well, stains on the cabinet and wardrobe after formaldehyde cleaning. Paid more the $900 for a job which i felt was not worth it.
