Alif was very prompt in responding to my enquiry, and helpful to arrange a technician suitable for my needs. Technician Rui Fang arrived earlier than appointment time, did very professional detailed checks on every part of the house looking out for termites and possible pests, identifying areas that required treatment, then moved to conduct detailed checks in the garden and outdoors. Very experienced and cautious technician, yet thoughtful and respectful to our needs. Their admin staff Jessie is also patient and responsive to my request for clear documentation.

Great experience! I had a cockroach issue in my new kitchen and Eco Space sent a personnel over the next day. Iskandar very kindly helped to check the small corners of my kitchen and gave his assessment of where the cockroach could have been hiding at. He also reassured me that my kitchen and plumbing layouts and material were fine and not contributing to the pest issue. I feel relieved that Iskandar managed to apply pesticide/ baits at the hidden corners that matter and I am less worried now about pests in my house. A 25th storey apartment had termites issue. I contacted EcoSpace and Darren Lim professionally answered my queries and provided a quote. An appointment was made. Radzi and team attended to the issue. They returned to site a week later for review. A report was provided that the termites were terminated and there was no trace of any. New neighbour just started to move in and the house is currently under renovation. Came home one day and to find ANTS at our corridor. Swarmed with ants EVERYWHERE. Shoes, floor, shoe cabinet and our front door. We tracked where the main source of the problem came from and to only find out that it came from their house. The contractors dumping their trash (bubble tea cups) by their door. Tried to contain the ants by putting ant baits, spraying insecticide. The ants will eventually stop crawling for a short while but it kept coming still. Our bedroom is along the corridor, the ants were starting to crawl up the wall. Tired of having sleepless nights being paranoid that the ants might crawl up on us while we’re asleep as we have young kids at home. I finally decided to get help from EcoSpace Pest Control. Their man name Adi came to get the treatment done. We asked questions after questions and to our surprise, Adi really knows his job well. Not only he explained clearly, he too went an extra mile by inspecting on our house in and out. Adi was really patient and didn’t do his job because it’s his job. He showed concern as he understood that we have young kids at home and he assured us not to worry, that the treatments are safe. Adi truly deserves a pay raise!
