About Edencare Ltd
Edencare Ltd is an eldercare provider offering elderly caregiver services across Singapore. The company is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, with a business address at Sim Lim Square on Rochor Canal Road. With only 5 Google reviews at a rating of 1.8 out of 5, the review sample is too small to draw reliable conclusions about service quality, and the low average score warrants caution. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level, though specific rates were not available at the time of listing.
Families engaging an eldercare provider typically begin with a care assessment to establish the elderly person's mobility, medical needs, and daily living requirements. It is important to clarify whether live-in or visit-based arrangements are needed, the number of hours per day or week required, and whether the caregiver has experience with specific conditions such as dementia, post-stroke recovery, or palliative care. Family decision-makers should be aligned before the engagement begins, and a trial period is strongly advisable to confirm compatibility between the caregiver and the care recipient. For clinical or nursing-level care, verify whether the provider holds relevant registration with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or the Ministry of Health (MOH).
Contact Edencare Ltd by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing to discuss your care requirements and request a detailed service and pricing proposal.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
I recently visited this shop at Sim Lim Square to replace my MacBook battery after being advised by Apple that my original battery needed replacement. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and my laptop is now performing significantly worse than before. After the first battery replacement, I immediately noticed severe issues where the battery drained unusually fast, the laptop became very hot within minutes of use, and the fan was constantly running at maximum speed. The overall system performance also deteriorated; everything felt laggy and unstable. When I returned to the shop to raise my concerns, I was told that the battery might have come from a problematic batch. Instead of offering a refund, they offered to replace it again with a new battery from a different supplier. I appreciated the gesture and decided to give them another chance. However, the replacement made things even worse. The battery now drains from 100% to 0% within an hour of light usage, and the heating issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable, especially for what was supposed to be a brand new replacement battery. At this stage, I strongly suspect that either low-quality components were used or that something else inside my MacBook was damaged during the repair process. When I tried to discuss this possibility, the staff appeared dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. What was meant to be a straightforward battery replacement has now turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and quality assurance. If you value your device, I would strongly advise taking your repairs elsewhere, ideally to an authorized service provider.
I bought iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB on 8th July 2025. Price was reasonable at $930, and came with 1 month warranty. Initially I felt the battery drained faster than usual despite being at 100% health. However, after I consulted Apple service and was taught tips to reduce the drain, the battery health improved drastically. Overall, after a month of usage, im satisfied with it. Thank you.
They are so bad I gave them an iPad Pro for screen replacement — it had a minor crack , they opened it up and realised they don’t have the parts to repair it and broke my touch screen as well. They simply called me to tell touch screen is not working. Did not look apologetic, told me I can use iPad with a keyboard and mouse now :) 2000$ down the drain 🙂
Very bad experienced. I gave them my Iphone 11 to replace display that time they offer 50$ and 80$ options. So I told them to go with 80$ with 10$ discount so they agreed and repair but quality of the display not good and it's really bad. I told them it's not good but then they told it's this much if you need quality one, you have to go 100$ one. I'm speechless. Then I went to that because I have no option because they not return money .This is really bad impression on Singapore market. I'm feel really bad about their service. Before he off me only two options. But after that he having another option and it's original. If it's original error message not coming on display. Thanks 🙏
I told them to change a orginal screen, but they given me a fake screen. And the fake screen is too lousy until can't see under sunlight.

Edencare Ltd has not published a specific rate at the time of this listing, and pricing is indicated at a mid-range level. In the Singapore eldercare market, visit-based caregivers typically charge S$20–35 per hour, while live-in arrangements run S$1,800–3,500 per month depending on the caregiver's qualifications and the complexity of care required. Agency placement fees, public holiday surcharges, and any insurance or levy costs for live-in helpers should be confirmed separately. Request a written quote that breaks down the caregiver's rate, agency fee, insurance, and any additional charges before committing. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
Edencare Ltd is listed under elderly caregivers, which typically encompasses both visit-based and live-in arrangements, though the specific scope was not confirmed at the time of listing. Visit-based caregivers attend for agreed hours each day and are suited to elderly persons who are relatively independent or have family present at other times. Live-in caregivers reside in the home and are better suited to those requiring round-the-clock supervision or assistance. Clarify whether the caregiver's scope covers personal care, medical support, companionship, or a combination. Ask about the trial period policy and what the replacement process involves if the caregiver is not a good match. Put the hours, scope, and rate in writing before the engagement begins.
No regulatory licences were listed for Edencare Ltd at the time of this listing. For clinical or nursing-level home care in Singapore, providers should ideally hold registration with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) or the Ministry of Health (MOH). Caregivers handling medical tasks should hold a relevant nursing or healthcare assistance qualification. Confirm directly with Edencare Ltd whether their caregivers hold formal certifications, dementia care training where relevant, and whether the agency carries insurance covering caregiver injury or incidents involving the client. The absence of listed licences means families should ask these questions explicitly and insist on written documentation before the care arrangement commences. Listing data is incomplete — contact Edencare Ltd directly to confirm details.
