About Edencare Ltd

About Edencare Ltd

Edencare Ltd is an eldercare provider listed under nursing homes, operating islandwide across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the business is registered with ACRA. With only 5 Google reviews at a rating of 1.8 out of 5, the review sample is too small to draw meaningful conclusions, and the low score warrants direct enquiry before proceeding. No regulatory licences — such as AIC or MOH registration — are currently recorded against this listing, which is a notable gap for a nursing home provider and prospective clients should seek clarification on this point.

Families considering Edencare Ltd should begin with a care assessment to establish the elder's mobility level, medical requirements, and personal care needs before selecting any nursing home. It is important to discuss whether the placement is intended as long-term residential care or shorter-term respite, and to confirm what clinical or dementia-specific support, if any, is available on-site. Key questions include the caregiver-to-resident ratio, the involvement of registered nurses versus care aides, and whether the facility works with the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) for subsidised placements. Families should involve all relevant decision-makers early and, where possible, arrange a facility visit to observe daily routines and the physical environment before committing.

Contact Edencare Ltd via phone or the enquiry form to request a facility tour and discuss placement eligibility, available room types, and monthly fee structure. Listing data is incomplete — contact Edencare Ltd directly to confirm details.

I recently visited this shop at Sim Lim Square to replace my MacBook battery after being advised by Apple that my original battery needed replacement. Unfortunately, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing, and my laptop is now performing significantly worse than before. After the first battery replacement, I immediately noticed severe issues where the battery drained unusually fast, the laptop became very hot within minutes of use, and the fan was constantly running at maximum speed. The overall system performance also deteriorated; everything felt laggy and unstable. When I returned to the shop to raise my concerns, I was told that the battery might have come from a problematic batch. Instead of offering a refund, they offered to replace it again with a new battery from a different supplier. I appreciated the gesture and decided to give them another chance. However, the replacement made things even worse. The battery now drains from 100% to 0% within an hour of light usage, and the heating issue remains unresolved. This is unacceptable, especially for what was supposed to be a brand new replacement battery. At this stage, I strongly suspect that either low-quality components were used or that something else inside my MacBook was damaged during the repair process. When I tried to discuss this possibility, the staff appeared dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility. What was meant to be a straightforward battery replacement has now turned into a costly and frustrating ordeal. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and quality assurance. If you value your device, I would strongly advise taking your repairs elsewhere, ideally to an authorized service provider.

I bought iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB on 8th July 2025. Price was reasonable at $930, and came with 1 month warranty. Initially I felt the battery drained faster than usual despite being at 100% health. However, after I consulted Apple service and was taught tips to reduce the drain, the battery health improved drastically. Overall, after a month of usage, im satisfied with it. Thank you.

They are so bad I gave them an iPad Pro for screen replacement — it had a minor crack , they opened it up and realised they don’t have the parts to repair it and broke my touch screen as well. They simply called me to tell touch screen is not working. Did not look apologetic, told me I can use iPad with a keyboard and mouse now :) 2000$ down the drain 🙂

Very bad experienced. I gave them my Iphone 11 to replace display that time they offer 50$ and 80$ options. So I told them to go with 80$ with 10$ discount so they agreed and repair but quality of the display not good and it's really bad. I told them it's not good but then they told it's this much if you need quality one, you have to go 100$ one. I'm speechless. Then I went to that because I have no option because they not return money .This is really bad impression on Singapore market. I'm feel really bad about their service. Before he off me only two options. But after that he having another option and it's original. If it's original error message not coming on display. Thanks 🙏

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Edencare Ltd charge?

Nursing home fees in Singapore typically range from S$1,500 to S$4,500 per month depending on the ward class (A, B1, B2, or C), level of medical dependency, and whether the resident is a Singapore Citizen, PR, or foreigner. Subsidised B2 and C wards require means testing through AIC, which can significantly reduce out-of-pocket costs for eligible residents. Fees usually cover accommodation, meals, basic nursing care, and therapy assessments, but consumables, specialist consultations, and incontinence supplies may be billed separately. Edencare Ltd has not published specific pricing in its current listing, so families should request a detailed fee breakdown directly. Confirm in writing what is included in the monthly rate, what attracts additional charges, and whether the facility participates in the AIC subsidy scheme. Live-in or visit-based — which does Edencare Ltd offer?

As a nursing home provider, Edencare Ltd is primarily a residential placement service — the elder lives on-site rather than receiving care at home. This differs from home-based eldercare, where a caregiver visits for a set number of hours per day. Nursing home placement is generally considered when care needs exceed what can be safely managed at home, such as complex medical conditions, high dependency, or advanced dementia requiring around-the-clock supervision. Families should confirm the level of medical and nursing staff available at Edencare Ltd, the daily routine for residents, and what family-visit hours look like. A trial or respite stay of a few weeks, where available, can help the elder and family assess fit before committing to a permanent placement.

Is the caregiver trained and insured?

For a nursing home, the critical credentials are the facility's MOH licensing and AIC registration, which set minimum staffing standards including the ratio of registered nurses, enrolled nurses, and care aides to residents. No regulatory licences are currently recorded against Edencare Ltd's listing on KakiList, and this should be verified directly with the provider and cross-checked on the MOH and AIC public registers before any placement is made. Families should ask specifically whether registered nurses are present around the clock, what dementia or palliative care training staff hold, and what insurance arrangements cover residents in the event of injury or a medical incident on-site. This information should be provided in writing as part of the admission contract.
