Parents and students enquiring about Mandarin enrichment at EduGrove should start by confirming whether the centre's syllabus and level coverage match the student's current school curriculum — whether that is MOE Primary, Secondary, or an international syllabus. It is worth asking whether classes are conducted in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, and whether a trial class is available before committing to a term. Clarifying the term commitment structure, class frequency, and whether materials fees are included will help families plan accordingly. The centre can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.

Feedback on EduGrove (Parkway Centre) I want to share my experience with EduGrove at Parkway Centre. Each lesson should be 2.5 hours, but my daughter’s makeup lesson was only 1.5 hours. When I asked, they told me that if we wanted the full lesson, we had to go to another location with a different teacher. To be fair, the teacher at Parkway Centre is nice. But the way the makeup lesson was handled was disappointing. The admin also said the makeup class was “completed” just because it was done in the same x2 a week and same topic, which felt like they were rushing and not giving proper learning. It felt pointless for my daughter to attend a shortened and repeated lesson. Because of this, I personally would not send my children to this centre.
Would definitely recommend to every parent who wish to have their child's Mandarin improve! My child enjoys the lessons as she is engaged in learning thru play, the teachers are so nice and update me from time to time with my child's progress. The facilities are clean and I like how the center is designed, it is very conducive to learning.

EduGrove Mandarin Enrichment has not published its fee schedule on this listing, so per-session or monthly rates are not confirmed. As a general guide, Mandarin enrichment classes in Singapore typically range from S$30 to S$80 or more per session depending on group size, the tutor's experience, and class duration. Monthly packages and term-based fees are common alternatives to per-session billing. Ask the centre whether a trial class is available and whether it carries a separate fee. Also confirm whether materials such as assessment books or worksheets are included or billed separately. Sibling discounts or package deals for block bookings are worth enquiring about. Many Mandarin enrichment centres in Singapore offer a trial class so that students and parents can assess the teaching approach before signing up for a full term. It is advisable to ask EduGrove Mandarin Enrichment directly whether a trial is available, what the cost (if any) is, and how the session is structured. During the trial, observe whether the pace and content match your child's current school level and whether the teaching style keeps your child engaged. A well-matched class should feel neither too easy nor overwhelming. Note how the tutor handles corrections and encourages participation, as these factors matter for Mandarin confidence-building over the longer term. Contact EduGrove via WhatsApp or phone to arrange a trial class before committing to a term.
Tutor credentials have not been published for EduGrove Mandarin Enrichment on this listing. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask whether tutors hold a degree in Chinese Language, Education, or a related field, and whether any have an NIE qualification or prior MOE teaching experience. For Mandarin enrichment specifically, alignment with the MOE syllabus — including the PSLE oral and composition components for primary levels, or the O-Level and N-Level papers for secondary — is an important factor. Ask whether tutors are familiar with the current MOE curriculum and any recent syllabus changes. If the centre is unable to provide credential details upfront, consider this a point to clarify before committing to a term.
