About Efficient Tuition Centre
Efficient Tuition Centre is a tuition provider listed under the Private Tutors subcategory on KakiList, serving students islandwide and operating from its centre at 175A Bencoolen Street, Burlington Square. It holds KakiList verified status and is registered with ACRA. It carries a perfect 5/5 rating on Google, though this is based on 48 reviews — a moderate sample size that is encouraging but worth bearing in mind when comparing providers.
Parents and students looking to engage Efficient Tuition Centre should begin by enquiring about level and syllabus fit — whether tuition is aligned to the MOE Singapore syllabus, IGCSE, IB, or another framework. It is worth asking upfront whether sessions are conducted one-to-one or in small groups, as this affects both pace and price. Prospective students are encouraged to ask about a trial class before committing to a term, and to clarify whether tuition is available in person at Burlington Square or online. Term commitment expectations, scheduling flexibility, and any materials fees should all be confirmed at the point of enquiry.
To take the next step, contact Efficient Tuition Centre directly via phone or the enquiry form on their listing to ask about current availability, your child's subject and level requirements, and whether a trial class can be arranged before a term commitment is made.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Excellent and all-rounded tuition centre. Provides tuition of a variety of subjects with highly dedicated and amazing teachers! They are extremely helpful and do their best to help you whatever problem you have. The teachers’ teaching style is unique and they can adjust the lessons to the topics that you are facing difficulty in.
My tutor is nice caring and supportive and she’s a very good teacher and help brush up my math. She goes the extra mile in guiding me. Highly recommended.
I go to tuition here for Math lessons. Ms Yvonne Chen is very helpful and patient with her students and always stops to ensure everyone understands the content fully before continuing. Under her guidance and help my math results have steadily improved and i strongly recommend anyone looking for tuition to attend Future Academy.
I attended class here when my GPA for math was very bad. In Y2 I managed to get a 4.0 after one year of lessons! Very grateful for the entertaining and enriching lessons. There is also good use of digital tools to enhance learning, even if one cannot make it physically, they are able to attend the lesson online in a way that is equally educational.
It is amazing, the teachers are great there and I really enjoyed it. I really recommend it because it helped me with my math a lot and it is a very good place to learn. I think it was very good that I chose to go here because it was so worth it. I felt very safe and I could ask any question, and they would help explain how to get to the answers. I think that it was very amazing that they print sheets for you to work on based on what your doing and I think that was a thing I had never seen before. I think they have amazing teachers and the teachers would sit down with you and explain each question you did not understand. It really helped me improve in math and I think it got me more confident in myself and not wondering if I was right, and instead knowing I am right. It was really great and I think Ms. Chen is a great teacher.

Efficient Tuition Centre displays a mid-range price indicator, though specific per-session or monthly package rates are not published on the listing. Tuition centres in Singapore typically charge on a per-session basis, as a bundled monthly package, or by term. It is common for a separate materials or administrative fee to apply, and some centres charge a reduced rate for a trial class before the standard fee kicks in. When enquiring, ask whether sibling discounts or multi-subject packages are available, as these can meaningfully reduce the overall cost. See the full Private Tutors cost guide for Singapore →
Many tuition centres in Singapore offer a trial class — sometimes at a reduced fee or occasionally at no charge — to allow students and parents to assess whether the teaching style and class level are a good fit before signing up for a full term. During a trial session, pay attention to whether the tutor checks the student's current understanding before proceeding, whether the pace suits your child, and whether the class size allows for adequate individual attention. These factors are often more telling than the trial outcome alone. Contact Efficient Tuition Centre directly to confirm their trial class policy and associated cost.
Tutor credentials are not detailed in the current listing. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask whether tutors hold a degree in the relevant subject, whether any have a background from NIE or prior MOE school teaching experience, and how many years they have been teaching at this level. Also confirm which syllabus the tutors are trained to deliver — MOE Primary or Secondary, IP, IGCSE, IB, or another framework — as alignment with your child's school curriculum matters considerably. If credentials are not shared proactively, consider this a point to resolve before committing to a term.
