Just completed our renovation and love our new home! The team at EightyTwo was professional and thoughtful from start to finish and we couldn't have asked for more. The design truly encapsulates their ethos of understated luxury. From the initial design meet, the team - Lance, Victor and LeeAnn had already put in significant thought into the project and we loved their design instinct and quickly engaged the team. As we iterated the designs, we loved that the team was able to blend their overall artistic direction with our own individual styles and personalities. They were extremely patient and worked to constantly iterate and get the design to something we liked. The workmanship in the final product was good, and when it came to defect rectification even after the final payment was collected - it was prompt, no questions asked and no nonsense - just solutions and fixes. In fact, the design and project management team (including John) seemed to have more exacting standards and insisted on rectifications that seemed minor to me. Almost can't wait for my next home to dream up the next big beautiful design! Thank you guys.

Got to attend their whisky tasting session and had a chance to meet their interior designers. They definitely exude taste and class. There was no hard selling, they were very relaxed - in fact, I had to initiate to ask them more about their work! Enjoyed the pressure-free environment - they must definitely be coming from a place of confidence and security! Would definitely consider them when I next renovate my home!

Company is only interested to take you on if you can hit their minimum budget requirement (similar to other bad reviews stated here). So don’t waste time unless you have a high budget to work with. Not wrong to have a minimum requirement but this could be better communicated upfront. Rather than asking us a bunch of questions and then later on seemed disinterested upon hearing our budget.
