The listing is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, which confirms that operating details and business registration have been cross-checked. When reaching out to Einstein Tuition, it helps to have a clear picture of the level and syllabus you need covered — whether that is MOE primary, secondary, or pre-university, or an international curriculum such as IB or IGCSE. Clarify whether you are looking for group tuition or one-to-one sessions, and ask about any trial class options before committing to a term. It is also worth confirming whether lessons are conducted at the Bencoolen Street centre or whether online arrangements are available, and what the minimum term commitment looks like.

To get started, reach out to Einstein Tuition via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form listed on this page, stating the subject, level, and preferred schedule. Ask about a trial class so you can assess teaching style and syllabus fit before making a term commitment.

The lessons have been very useful in helping me identify my weak areas to work on. Alwyn is always thorough in his explanations of the various concepts and makes it more manageable to grasp the material as a whole. At the same time, he makes sure that lessons are also enjoyable and never fails to clarify any of my doubts. It's thanks to his guidance and encouragement that I was able to improve in my Physics:)

Lessons are fun and informative. Alwyn and KS are both really amazing. They have made lessons very easy to comprehend and are both very patient with me, whenever I have questions or doubts about any concepts. They know the concepts like the back of their hands. Lessons are not just academic lessons, but life lessons as well. Thank you both so much. I really appreciate all the help and I'm glad that I am still in touch with the both of you!

The jc physics syllabus is very hectic and it is hard to cram so much information in a span of 1.5 years. On top of that, the nature of physics as a subject relies on contextual understanding and applications of mathematics and concepts learnt, rather than pure knowledge of the concepts itself. Such complications, piled with the immense depth of knowledge we are expected to have for the physics jc syllabus, makes physics a rather hard subject to score. Through j1 and the first half of j2, i struggled to score for physics, not because i didnt know what i was supposed to know, but because i didnt know what the examiners expected from me. I knew the concepts individually, but was unable to piece them together. Even when i knew the answer to certain questions, i was unable to put them into words and phrases in which the examiners were looking out for. I met Mr Alwyn after my Mid Years in j2, and i would like to express my gratitude towards him for being the most patient and versatile tutor i've ever met. Mr Alwyn does not really have a fixed "teaching style", but rather adapts himself to how a student learns best. He's also a very patient tutor, one that can answer the same question over and over when you throw them back at him each time you forget the same concept (generally, tutors would get pretty annoyed). Last but not least, Mr Alwyn extends the bonds formed with him beyond the classroom. Even till today, as i am serving my National Service, i am still in contact with Mr Alwyn. The close ties formed with him made me dare to approach him with "stupid" questions more without the fear of being lashed out on, which eventually strengthened my physics abilities much more than i had expected. As such, i was able to improve my physics from an E during Mid Years to an A for A levels under his guidance in a span of a few months. Thanks Mr Alwyn!

Mr Chan’s lessons were very useful as they were focused on content mastery and understanding. I used to be really weak in Chemistry as I did not have a firm foundation, but Mr Chan patiently guided me through useful summaries and lots of practice questions, and this enabled me to grasp a firm understanding of the difficult concepts. This enabled me to improve from a 4 to a 7 points (80%) in my final IB examination for Chemistry. Thank you very much!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Einstein Tuition charge per session?

Einstein Tuition is listed at the S$$ price tier, but specific per-session rates were not provided at the time of this listing. Private tuition in Singapore is commonly priced per session or bundled into monthly or term packages. Materials fees, if any, are typically charged separately, and some providers offer sibling or multi-subject discounts. A trial class, where available, may be priced differently from a standard session. As a general market reference, group tuition sessions for primary to secondary levels typically range from S$30–80 per session, while one-to-one tuition runs higher depending on the tutor's qualifications. Contact Einstein Tuition directly to confirm the current fee schedule. See the full Private Tutors cost guide for Singapore →

Can I try a class before committing?

Many private tuition providers offer a trial class — either free or at a reduced rate — before asking you to sign up for a full term or monthly package. A trial is worth requesting because it lets you assess whether the teaching pace matches your child's current level, whether the tutor's style encourages engagement, and whether the class size (for group sessions) is suitable. When attending a trial, come prepared with recent test papers or school results so the tutor can gauge gaps quickly. After the class, check whether your child found the session accessible and whether the content aligned with the school syllabus. Contact Einstein Tuition directly to ask about their trial class policy and any associated fee.

What are the tutor's credentials at Einstein Tuition?

Tutor credentials were not specified in the listing data available at the time of publication. When evaluating a tuition provider, it is reasonable to ask whether tutors hold a degree in the relevant subject, whether any have NIE training or prior MOE teaching experience, and how long they have been teaching that particular syllabus — whether MOE, IB, IGCSE, or AP. Syllabus alignment matters especially at the upper secondary and pre-university levels, where examination formats shift significantly. If Einstein Tuition employs multiple tutors, ask which tutor will be assigned to your child's class and request a brief profile. Confirm credentials directly with Einstein Tuition before committing to a term. Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
